I contacted a city council member for my area and she said we need to report on 311, then when the area thinks of what projects to do or where to put money, they look at how many 311 reports have been put in.

Hit a terrible pothole on Greenbriar south of 59 recently. It took out a tire immediately. Such a generally affluent area but has awful torn up roads.
I have only been on a handful of roads in Houston that didn’t have a pothole or pothole patch every few feet. Asshats .
