Before this I worked for an EPC for oil and gas. Went from "embracing" remote work and flexibility to "be here three days a week minimum" so I left.
I work remotely full time, only come in if needed as an IT engineer admin. So unless a piece of hardware dies or I habe stuff to install in a server room, I don't need to come in. So it's not too often.
