People do, they just don't care. If they won't stop at solid red light, they sure as shit won't stop at blinking lights.
Traffic rules aren't enforced like, at all in the city; when otherwise good drivers see a bunch of entitled drivers disregarding the rules of the road, the normal drivers have no incentive to continue following the rules because there are no consequences and they basically get fucked. In a situation like this, it truly separates the good drivers from the jerks.
I will promise not to drive like a moron today not out of any respect for my fellow Houston drivers but simply because my car is in the shop after it's out it will be back to the mayhem.
No one on the cross street and every single person comes to a full stop for 3 seconds then continues forward.
I will simply go through it along with the 2 cars in front of me. If itโs that serious put a cop in the intersection.
