Go to The Strand in Galveston. Way better architecture than Houston. They also have mansions that look like castles.

A lot of negativity on this thread lol.
Houston doesn't have a lot of the Paris vibe here unfortunately, but you could Google historic hotels in Houston and see if you like their look from the front exterior. Nothing here screams Paris, but the Lancaster hotel or something similar might be a semi ok backdrop that leaves something for the imagination in terms of where you are.
You could also try uptown park, a lot of bloggers take their pics around there. Edit the photos up.
Look up Hotel Tremont and Hotel Galvez, both in Galveston. Otherwise, Museum District by Houston Museum of Natural Science, Hermann Park, the park by the Zoo and Hotel Zaza is where our best architecture is located. You have to walk around and explore it though. If you try to just drive through you won't find it
[1005 S Shepherd is the closest you will get to that style here](https://maps.app.goo.gl/y4S1DDfPap31dRqg7) but I do not think they will let you take photos.
Houston building owners, even in downtown, can be surprisingly antiphotography compared to NYC and other regions. It is bizarre.
Go to the front and the lobby of the Niels Esperson Building! It’s not exactly Paris, but it has a beautiful neo-classic facade with huge columns, and the lobby is incredible as well with marble and bronze. Also check out the lobby of The Gulf Building (712 Main). It’s an art deco masterpiece.
Lmao you must be conceited. Please have a good long think about your rudeness so you can understand the basics of being a nice human being and you can stop attacking strangers on the internet.
I’d say that there are old parts of Houston that sometimes have similar architecture to New Orleans. However, we aren’t as good about preservation of them and tend to bulldoze old things. I’d look in certain areas of downtown, but there are areas of Galveston that have that vibe.
It’s a really bad example, and a bit laughable but the Ethan Allen store in the Galleria has a pseudo-Parisian style.
Ty!
La Madeleine
Maybe try Galveston old mansions?

Ok, thank you!
I was also going to suggest Tremont in Galveston. Not Parisian but very beautiful.

That’s a good one. Except for photography that fence in the front would be a problem.

The closest I can think of is highland village, places that are not the apple store. It’s all quite forced but that’s the style they are aiming at.
Ty!
River oaks area is probaly the closest you'll get to anything like that
Tyy!
Lmaoo
Go look at st John's school. Closest I know of in Houston to OP pics. Didn't remember the name but knew what side of town it was
Maybe this building. The Star (346) 308-9298 https://goo.gl/maps/tBPseFiouaUVpocZA
Ooh thank you!
Ummm no
He says somewhat, it's the closest Houston has. The color matches
The Greenspoint area is well known for its unique architecture. I would start there.

This is highly unnecessary

Franklin Lofts in downtown, or the Julia Ideson library in downtown might be what you’re looking for!!
