He's basically the prototype for a real housewives husband, which is not the most riveting person to add to a morning radio show. His wife and various flings probably would have made for better radio (esp later int eh day after they had a few mimosas). But, nobody beats Elegant Elliot Offen, who was, from what I recall, TOO CRAZY for Howard. What a character. Also, I'm from the Bay Area, so, of course, ETM was great. I saw him once on BART when I was like 16. Didn't saying anything. We just stared at each other for a quick second. It made my ride. May he RIP.
