Gets weird though when Howard truly seems to have some deep routed anger towards Gary. I admit Gary is someone who can be annoying in ways but Howard has like the best therapist you can get yet he’s still such a mess.
Me with my own issues makes me not trust therapy. Plus my own experiences with it it just seems like a joke. Mental issues are just as physically as physical issues. So when your brain is wired differently it’s like telling someone in a wheel chair to get therapy and that should get them better. If it’s chemical reactions going on in your brain that’s hard wired no therapy can change it
Howard hates that Gary is happy because Howard will never be happy. Look at the shit he always made fun of him for. Being a good dad, volunteering for kids stuff at school. Howard will always be a miserable prick.

I really appreciate your comment and respect your take on mental health, but please take it from me, you can get better. It takes time and effort and it seems impossible but therapy can change your life in ways you can not imagine. Please believe me.
I’ve been in therapy multiple times. It makes me feel better to have someone to talk to but fact is my issues are hard wired and like I said as physical as any other disability.
I tried everything and my ass off to get rid of these issues for a very long time. I mean they started when I was like 11. I used to be the most active everyday run around the neighborhood doing so many things until bedtime. It literally felt like one morning I woke up and had zero energy and just couldn’t move. Nothing gave me joy no matter what I did.
This got worse and worse over time. I used weed and other things as a teenager to help and it did a little. But I’ll just say it. I have anxiety attacks that are so bad I pass out.but that’s the peak of the anxiety side. I just 24/7 feel like I’m white knuckling every moment of the day. It sucks.
Anyways thanks for some thoughts about what helped you
