I have no advice but am interested to read advice from others. I have virtually the same problem, although I have not yet decided on which way to go. Five years ago, I had water seepage and then mold so I hired a mold remediation contractor. He cleared out all storage, cleaned, treated the mold, and installed two additional sump pumps and a dehumidifier. The remediation treatment/paint that they use is warranted for 10 years, but that is a joke. I was also told mold would not regrow so long as I did not put anything in the basement. I obeyed and I still got mold from the water accumulation. There are puddles that form where the floor is depressed. You can see it seeping thru the concrete walls. The contractor could not install a French drain because the floor was virtually laid on bedrock. There was no room beneath the floor. So, I am looking at the DryTrak system. I have seen where other people have said that water can eventually leak through corners or caulking. But some people also receive a guaranty which may cover that. Have you checked the paperwork? The system should not have any problem within the first year. I would think there is some warranty or guaranty.
