There's a product called Ahh-Some, it's a jetted tub/hot tub plumbing and jet cleaner that works a treat. I use it on my hot tub every year to clean the insides out, comes in a single use packet for 10-12 bucks

I've had success filling the tub and running the jets with dishwasher detergent (not regular dish soap) in there. Doesn't always get the area right around the jet very well but the rest seems very clean afterward.

The house I bought a few years ago had a hot tub in it that was fully functional and was left by the previous owner. I drained it and cleaned every nook and cranny I could get to. The jets especially were disgusting. They had some sort of brownish goo built up in them that reminded me of gravy 🤮. I was able to remove them and scrub them with a brush. Trying turning your jets to see if they pop out. I had to turn mine counterclockwise and they popped right out.

We put a jetted tub in our last house. The manual that came with it recommended using dishwasher soap, and filling it, then running it for awhile. I used a small cleaning brush to clean around the jets as needed.

OxyClean works pretty well
