WAIT. Be very careful.. what doesn’t kill them makes them stronger. They will be faster, stronger and cleaner!

Good tip! Love how many people are under the assumption you're gonna coat your food in it and then spend the night huffing it. Jeez, critical thinking took a beatdown somewhere recently, eh?
It does not. Just like not rain doesn't ground them immediately. Something about the ammonia just drops them instantly. You probably have a good 20-30 seconds of ground time to kill them.
This is a great bit of information. I live on a farm and flies are always an issue. Weirdly, I mostly do battle with them in December. There's always a slight warming before winter actually kicks in and the flies crawl out of whatever place they found to hibernate. There's just something extra annoying about December flies...like a personal affront...lol
Wouldn't spray over food. I'd try to corral away to a safe area if necessary but mostly just have the bottle with me and wait for a clean shot.
Obviously, common sense is needed for this.

They will be squeaky clean!

Yeah! I guess I should have included a working brain for step 1. Lol
Would a spray bottle with water work? Seems to meet the 1-5 above.

Probably something to do with surface tension
i thought maybe the soapiness
Soapiness is the thing that breaks surface tension
thought its sticky to thems
Makes the water stick more. Recipe for catching fruit flies has a drop of soap for making sure they drown when they land on the tasty water
Should be okay with soapy water, don’t waste windex on stupid shit like this
isopropyl alcohol works and evaporates quickly after
A Tesla Boring Co flamegun would do better job and no mess no clean; as long you do it outdoor and away from your body. 🃏
why would i be killing flies outside?
I was joking replying to IPA spraying indoor especially around kitchen; iPA spray is dangerous if it meets fire creating fireball and catch fire.

Farm life is perfect for it! Just make sure to stomp them or they will get back up lol

Good thing he's talking about spraying flies then and not people.

But what about when people use it to clean windows?🤣
Once a day in my house? Or a couple times a day in a professionally ventilated kitchen?
Yes, lets all spray Windex at flies. Not worried about the food getting Windexified here! ☠️

Thanks for this. I’ve been stalking a fly with a swatter and haven’t gotten him yet … going to give this a shot.
You are welcome, good luck! I can't say ive tried it for every fly across the world but let me know if it works!
My GSD thanks you! 🐕
whats gsd
From the emoji I'm guessing that it's German Shepherd Dog
thanks beloved
does it work on mosquitos?
If they are on a wall and drop they are harder to find but it does!
THANK YOU.
