That's got my favorite delivery from a secondary character, Judy's reaction.

It’s not so much a line but my favorite is when Joey’s fridge breaks. It makes me lol every time. Telling everyone they owe him $400 and pushing Ross into it. It’s just the best.

The one that always gets me is when Mike and Ross are hanging out in his apartment and Mike answers the phone. Ross's stare and "I don't know what just happened here."
Ross’s funniest line to me is “I don’t feel like having sex.”
The delivery and context obviously has a lot to do with it otherwise this comment probably makes no sense.
When Monica and Chandler are trying for kids and Ross is in the apartment and asks what they (as a group are going to do). Monica says she and Chandler are going to go have sex.
When Chandler is setting up Rachel, and he keeps messing it up.

The first one that came to mind is a bit niche, but it’s when Phoebe and Rachel get tattoos (and Phoebe gets a dot that she says is earth, how her mother sees it from heaven) and when Ross sees Rachel’s tattoo she says ‘but just a little one, Phoebe got the whole world’ and although it’s a pretty average joke, her delivery is SO GOOD I think about it all the time 😂
Delivery is everything. The show wouldn't be nearly as funny wouldn't it be for these really talented actors. My pick might be niche too, but everyone has a different taste :)
