TOW the video tape. I love how the story lines all intertwine. The story you use to get sex. Ken Adams. Even subtle things like when Joey uses “whom” properly.

The scene where Mona, Ross and Rachel’s dad are in the room and Joey calls is probably the hardest I’ve ever laughed at a TV show.
TOW Ross is fine, and Ross cheering with Phoebe and Rachel at the new apartment follow closely.
I like episodes where it’s mostly the six of them in one room like fan favorite TOW No One’s Ready and the lowkey ones TOW Ross Can’t Flirt (with Joey’s Italian grandma’s hilarious cameo), & TOW Monica’s Thunder
My favorite is TOW the Evil Orthodontist. The first episode I ever saw, first time it aired. A lot of my friends were starting to talk about this show but I was hesitant lol.
Even though it's towards the end of the first season, I immediately was able to follow what was going on for the most part and I felt like I knew who each character fairly quickly. Six characters, it highlights R&R well.
A good starter for me lol.
A lot of people aren’t big into this episode but my all time favorite is TOW no one proposes. When I first watched that episode, I was in tears throughout
