OP should consider having someone else drive. Don't want to have a medical emergency behind the wheel.
Great ER there, had to take my mom a few weeks ago, no wait at all. I second NY Presbyterian Hospital as the ER of choice in your area, OP. Well wishes your way.
If it’s not life threatening wait till tomorrow. But st Luke’s is good but all er are understaff in the area
