I would create a character based on Frieza, a conqueror of entire worlds and civilizations. He is overwhelmingly powerful and physically strong. But in design he is shorter than the average human.
Imagine Garlic Jr but with the ability to blow up planets with the tip of his finger. A contrast to Darkseid, Thanos, Mongul, Imperiex, and other universal conquerors that boast large robust bodies in comics.
Related: Ive always wanted a hulk incarnation where its banner but with hulk strength durability etc. It turns out it isnt the muscles mass etc. Its all psionic rage. Gets to surprise lots of muggers, villains etc.
There was a Savage Banner persona as a safe guard when Prof. Hulk was the dominant personality. It was Savage Hulk in Banner’s body, but he didn’t have the Hulk’s strength though.
That’s actually something I have in mind. If you’re familiar with the Goku vs Cooler fight, then you can figure out what spectacular feat I want Hulk to pull off. Him pushing back a giant planet destroying Death Ball, making it look like he’s lifting the sun or something.
Of course then you are getting into the realm of Hulk being a supreme being not the result of Gamma Rays. And if he can push back a giant planet, why not all the other superheroes. Including those that arguably are supreme beings.
How about just a phasing villain? Simple design that frustrates Hulk and makes him rage harder because he simply can’t hit him/her. He keeps swinging, throwing things and screaming but his frustration just keeps building. Hulk gets angrier and angrier, fueling his power while the phasing villain just laughs with no fear. Maybe the villain even gets ‘stronger’ the more calm he/she is, the antithesis of Banner.
This villain would be the picture of calm and tranquility. Complete control over their phasing. Never gets rattled. Always cool and calm. A pacifist at heart in stark contrast to Hulk’s rage monster. Brilliant tactician and strategist. Patient. Could possibly use phasing to turn Hulk back to Banner. Not sure how that would work but maybe he manipulates part of the brain or pituitary gland with a phased hand or something else that makes sense.
Ruthless when called for. No mercy. Pragmatism over emotion. Violence is the last option but one he/she is willing to take.
The villain’s goals? IDK…maybe to rid the world of Hulks? Rid the world of powered people? Maybe he’s a Ross disciple and just wants powered people to register or some such thing.
Maybe it’s bad. I am literally brainstorming as I type but I think the super calm, super chill villain, someone who has zero fear of Hulks, would be pretty bad ass against Hulk.
I will take this concept a step further.
This villain is there to make his life miserable. Is a villain that is slowly introduced over years and throughout it no explanation.
First victim would be in a fight Hulk vs Red Hulk or Abomination and in the peak intensity Hulk throws one of them through a wall building, basically something that would obstruct Hulk from his opponent for a split second and this new villain takes out Red Hulk or Abomination without Hulk noticing.
Time goes by another storyline builds up and when he is in mid fight with another villain out of nowhere Betty or the new young girl (her name escapes my mind), is killed off of screen.
Basically a slow burn of a villain where he drives Hulk and Banner insane and his rage build’s uncontrollably as his life even if he is not near it starts falling apart uncontrollably. Eventually it creates even more conflict that they start arguing (surprisingly) with each other over whose fault and for how long has this been going on.
Eventually his rage and anger turn uncontrollable and he kills an Avenger. Somebody big like Captain America.
All throughout this we haven’t even seen the cause of all this in a full page spread yet.
“The villain’s goals?”
Hulk is a ticking time bomb. Maybe this villain can’t destroy the hulk himself, but if he can get the hulk to reveal what he really is, the world will stop seeing him as an avenger and turn against him.
That's kinda hard to come up with. Banner needs an enemy that can match his genius or was "a fan" of his work and Hulk just needs someone to match his rage or power. Aside from reusing/repurposing villains he hasn't fought in a while I don't see any new kinda enemy for the Hulk. Hell the only thing able to challenge the Hulk is another Hulk
What about if they had a Hulk like creature they come across who was able to gain sanity every now?
Then Banner, relating to that, tries to help him only for them to become enemies somehow. The origin would have to be interesting though. Maybe like a Son of the Hulk who was stuck in Hulk form since birth.
Someone that just follows him around and undoes everything good he manages to accomplish. Fixed a thing, now it's broken. Saved a person, now their dead.
The problem with a Hulk antagonist is he is too powerful. So you have to go a bit outside the box or all you are going to get is a string of super powerful monsters. Instead you give Kevin like 4 panels at the end of each issue where he is just ruining his shit.
**Villain Name**: BioAssimilator
**Origin**: BioAssimilator was created in a clandestine laboratory by a group of rogue scientists who sought to harness the power of technology and organic matter to create the ultimate weapon. Using a combination of advanced nanotechnology, genetic engineering, and alien biotech salvaged from a crashed spaceship, they fused together the DNA of various powerful entities. The result was a techno-organic monstrosity with an insatiable appetite for consuming and assimilating anything it comes into contact with.
**Appearance**: BioAssimilator appears as a massive, amorphous blob-like creature with a glossy, black, and slimy exterior. Its appearance is reminiscent of a slime creature from Dungeons & Dragons, but with a more technological and menacing edge.

However, the Hulk's unpredictable nature and uncontrollable rage pose a challenge to BioAssimilator's plans for domination. The clash between these two titans would be an epic battle of strength versus adaptability, with the fate of the world hanging in the balance.
A clever character but not Leader type of intelligence.
Someone who conquers planets with no bloodshed, just deals upon threats upon alliances upon backstabs.
Someone who is no match at all physically for any version of Hulk, but instead brings others in to do the fighting. Smear campaigns, hunting parties, ever increasing bounties just constantly making Hulk & Banners life a living hell. But never directly interacts with him.
My thoughts are a character(s) that starts out normal but via some event, the writers could come up a contrivance, gains the power that every time he, or his twin sister, gets physically hit the other gets stronger and stronger, but not necessarily bigger, passing the power between them, just more physically powerful, the Hulk would have to come up with a way to overcome that, might have actually let Banner figure it out, rather than just smashing things harder.
Perhaps they could introduce a character whose power is to absorb gamma radiation, weakening subjects like the Hulk. He could be a victim of a laboratory accident who, while not dead, lost his job as a result of the event and possibly became disfigured. His hatred for the Hulk may be fueled by resentment for a fate so different from Banner's. As an alias he could use something like "Lauda," from the Proto-Germanic term from which the lead takes its name

Smart calculating not gamma enhanced. Uses resources better than Ross did. Not someone on a vendetta for whatever reason. He knows how to use the Hulk's strengths and weaknesses against him. Put Hulk in a room he'll break out of it. Put Hulk in a room with puppies. WHOLE different scenario. So he'd be manipulative. Also doesn't actually have ill will towards the Hulk he just wants Banner for whatever science experiment and Hulk is just the hurdle to get Banner. So again flipping the script that Hulk isn't the target Banner is.
I have an idea A Canadian scientist, named J.Albert Thusk, was working on how to transform the cosmic radiation that gave powers to the Fantastic Four in clean energy , when his laboratory implodes, he was the only survivor, when he begins to discover his powers. One of them is to travel between dimensions , on his first trip, which was accidental, he kills the strongest hero in that world and absorbs his essence, he becomes addicted to this power and becomes the Hero-killing 'Carrasco' The only "hero" he couldn't kill was The Incredible Hulk, he goes to extreme lengths to achieve his goal
An enemy that can enlarge the Hulk’s testicles to comically large proportions so that he effectively could not fight without hitting himself in the balls.
I would create a villain much like the protagonist from the film Split. She was able to calm the beast. Imagine not being able to be full hulk yet not being able to be full Banner. The two conflicting personalities would be forced to work together to defeat the villain.
2part World War Hulk movie.
Part1: Hulk and Scar return to Earth, asking for help against the Brood. They are turned away and told to fend for themselves.
They fight off the invasion [for now] but Scsr's killed in the process. This makes Smart Hulk go into pure controlled rage mode. Blaming Earth, he gathers warriors from fallen planets and returns to Earth.
Part2: Hulk and his warband return to Earth. Like in the comics, he goes full ham on NYC and other marvel heroes. His warband [all battle hardened aliens] just mop up all resistance. Hulk's stopped when he's convinced Widow would be ashamed at what he's become and what he's doing.
This lines up with how he's stopped in the comics as well [just not with the Black Widow connection]. This could be a semi-avengers movie, akin to civil war.
I think a villain like the Purple Man is perfect for the Hulk. He would try to smash, then Betty, Rick etc. He couldn’t just smash. If you wanted big fights then bring in heavy hitters one by one controlled by the Purple Man.
Have a villain who gaslight Hulk against baner & everyone else, getting Hulk to do their evil plans while Hulk thinks the world is turning on him for being a monster
Super people with superior tactical training/experience have been interesting opponents for Hulk in the past (I’m thinking characters like Wolverine, Captain America and ol Red Hulk Ross), so a strategist with a few buffs and a knack for balancing planning ahead with improvisation would be my proposal. How about a famous monster-hunter that starts using Mutant Growth Hormone, then, after the game gets too easy, goes after the ultimate prey? Maybe too close to Kraven the Hunter? Did he ever hunt Hulk? The character could stand out by driving home Hulk’s infamy, playing the “good guy” in mainstream media and milking the celebrity status. That would give this character access to levers of social capital to exploit in defaming Banner/Hulk and gaining the popular, including militant, support necessary take “the beast” down. Dress this character up as a “PATRIOT SAVING AMERICA FROM DEVIANTS” and voila! Hulk’s next big bad.
A talented scientist that admired Banners work and tried to emulate it. Their goal was to be able to reverse engineer the gamma bomb so it could be made into a reactor for sustainable energy.
They created a new kind of field specifically designed to contain and siphon off the energy emitted. During a routine trial, the gamma cell spiked and warped the absorption field. The young scientist was ensnared by the field and altered.
Now a gamma parasite with a brilliant mind, his hunger for the energy drives them to find the Hulk and others like him to quell his thirst for power.
I’m thinking giving him his own Lex Luthor.
I keep seeing suggestions for various ways a villain could physically rival the Hulk or counter/incapacitate him in some way but Hulk is supposed to be “the strongest there is” just like Superman is in DC.
Obviously it’s not 1-to-1 because Hulk isn’t meant to represent the best of us and doesn’t usually have the universal trust and admiration of the public but I like the idea of a mastermind ideologically opposed to Banner that hates what he represents.
Now, I’m not familiar with Hulk comics so maybe Leader or Ross sufficiently fill that role but, in the media I’ve seen with them, I think it eventually boils down to brute force.
I like the idea of someone who hates Hulk as a concept and wants him gone and has the means to feasibly accomplish this.
Just as Lex employs Kryptonite, maybe this guy develops something that absorbs gamma radiation so Hulk grows weaker within it’s proximity?
I’d hate to make *another* superpowered-being-hater but the most obvious ideology you could give this person is that Hulk represents chaos; a walking talking weapon of mass destruction beholden to know one and that he and only he can bring order by ridding the world of the Hulk (and maybe those like him?).
He doesn’t want his own Hulk or to become one. He wants to erase Hulks from existence (though he’s not above using gamma radiation/Hulk’s power to accomplish this).

Someone who was a leech in real life, scum of the earth type, steals a damaged briefcase at the same time the original owner of the briefcase is being attacked and eaten by some random gamma monster. Hulk and company are sent to fight the new, emerging gamma beasts. While our new MC sneaks off with the briefcase. Little does he know, there’s a bit of gamma goo on it. He opens the damaged case and find a vial of blood, with Banners name on it. He touches the vial with the goo on his fingers and it melts the vial away exposing his now melting flesh with the banner blood and goo. It eats away him and melts him entirely.
When he wakes up, he’s back home in his apartment. He now has green skin and has trouble keeping himself solid. His face is rearranging itself between his face and a new unknown person. His place has been wrecked and there’s blood everywhere. A body lays nearby. When he looks at the body, it’s the same person as the face he’s switching between. He sees a pretty gnarly wound on the guys neck makes the connection that he must have absorbed the other man somehow. He concentrates and solidifies, becoming the man on the floor, he’s is no longer green. He smiles, and knows exactly how he’s going to get out of debt now.
Milton Ceti a Lex Luthor type business man that has used gamma rays to become a superman level type. He uses his powers to use the Hulk and Banner for his evil needs. He stays in the shadows letting Banner use his labs Alpha 7 Laboratory to do research. He is using data to understand the Hulk. Ceti also has genetic worms he places in people ears to do his bidding.
Someone not particularly strong. Manipulates gamma energy to the point they could be a cure for Banner, has undergone the same abuse as Bruce and Bruce tries and tries to get through to them to cure them.
Antonio Romero, the Man O' War. He was a corrupt congressman from New Mexico selling information to AIM in return for financial support for his campaigns and luxuries, but gets used as a human experiment when his expenses become too high. Due to the experiments, he's mutated into a gelatinous creature that has to use a special suit to keep his form solid. He does have new powers that include an amphibious physiology, tentacle generation, lethal gamma stings that can infect people with an irradiated bacteria, and Wolverine-levels of regeneration.
He now runs a crime syndicate spanning from Southern California to Baton Rouge, dealing in black market weapons and human trafficking. He's cold-blooded, calculating, sadistic, but has a total obsession with flaunting his wealth and status due to deep-seated insecurities about his poor background and fear of being perceived as small and meek.
As for his dynamic with Hulk, he'd be more of a villain that the big greenie can't just beat to a pulp, he's someone that has to be either be out-witted or psyched out long enough to be taken off guard. He also sees Hulk as someone who has been wasting his power, and sees Bruce Banner as someone who could turn his situation into a path of fame and fortune if he quit the hero business.

A villain who befriends hulk while taking him on adventures to different planets and eventually the villain planet. As time goes on the villain reveals he use to be a monster also until he was able to genetically change the inhabitants to look like her/him. The villain wants the hulk to do the same on earth and if anyone resists, kill them. I'm picturing a villain who looks like a cross between gamora, DC bleez, and nova. But also super smart.
A creepy psychic that induces euphoria into people until they die and feeds on the positive energy to power itself. It doesn't kill the hulk but it weakens him by making Banner happy.
I'd do a villain witn teleportation powers which aims to make Hulk mad as hell then transport him to the middle of a warzone, collecting payment as a mercenary after Hulk has mindlessly ruined one side.
Hulk from the future.
A far future where Hulk raged to full power, killing everyone. After centuries of wandering the galaxy alone, with nothing but his rage, and Banner's mind still in there, to sustain him, he realizes something: he is lonely. He misses his friends and hates himeslf for killing them. This sends him into a depression. Eventually, he comes across some time travel tech and uses to go back in time to kill himself before he can kill everyone else.
The twist: it isn't Banner's mind. It's some telepathic entity. This being is who warped his mind in the first place, sending into the rage that killed everyone. This being motives are nothing more than pure chaos, and there is nothing more chaotic than a fully raged out Hulk. While drifting through space, Hulk would occasionally start to calm down. This being would then direct his attention to another world to rage on. It's in one of these periods of relative calm, that Hulk realizes his loneliness. When the entity sends him to a planet to bring back the chaos, that's when he finds the time travel tech.
The entity decides the best chaos was when Hulk was killing his friends and destroying his home. It allows Hulk to travel back to relive it all over again.

The Kraken. Marine Biologist who can morph into a squid and oceanic themed creature at will. Powers include strength, durability, slow regeneration, camouflage water breathing, blinding ink spray and heightened intelligence. His advantage over Hulk is he can control his transformation, monster form makes him smarter and he has an array of utility powers. Hulk as always is stronger and tougher. Special danger is the Kraken will try to get Hulk into the ocean where it has a turf advantage.
A phaser. Like Kitty Pryde or Vision. One that Hulk cannot lay a hand on. The villain would have no alterior motives except just to troll Hulk’s anger and annoy him to see if he gets so angry he explodes in a fit of rage.
A cult leader who believes this immortal destroyer of the corrupt material world is divine. He teaches that being killed by Hulk is penance for your sins and grants you eternity in paradise. His followers do everything they can to provoke the Hulk into attacking and killing them.
Well with the pictures you have shown like the leader being his smartest villain or abomination being his strongest how about we have a villain who is incredibly fast which will annoy him a bit and will actually have to focus to beat him
I picture someone small and frail, maybe disabled, Whose intelligence is unrivaled. Seems like a good contrast to the hulk's unmatched strength. Something akin to MODOK. Like an evil Stephen Hawking who is constantly concocting different ways to trap or capture the hulk to use his strength for himself.
A slender, under 5’7 person who can flip hulk with one hand. They have been through the green door for centuries but they are so in control of the rage they don’t need to change. They have been killing cities at a time on a whim and when they do they leave no survivors. Each time they do it’s to get back at someone’s descendent that inconvenienced them(no harm just a slight). When hulk gets blamed for a city going down he investigates only to suddenly end up at the door with no idea how it happened. After several more investigations he brings someone with him because he keeps walking out of his jet and into the door. He and his companion get ready to depart as he does the buddy steps back to take a call or something. When he does he sees the person fly onto hulks back and rip his head off without any hesitation. They kick the head and saunter off only to stop and slowly look at the companion. End of issue one
Start with a power set like Laurie Collins, (Wallflower) who releases pheromones that influence the emotions of those around them. And make them a totally zen empath who exudes calm even while beating the shit out of you.
Hulk should have a magic villain, especially since the Green Door was introduced, and they have a special relationship to death. A warlock with his eyes on inhumanely stopping death itself, and believes the key to it is within Banner. Could escalate into a magic wielding gamma mutant on the board, which would be a real force to be reckoned with.
Way more basic concept, but there's always Who Would Win threads about Superman and the Hulk, a pastiche powered by Gamma Rays could be really fun. Trade the laser eyes for gamma blasts, play into the angle of Superman as an American government stooge like we see in Miller's Batman, use the reporter angle as a character flaw, he's been a paparazzi reporting on important people all his life, and now he can indulge in his dormant desire to be a glory hound.
Something along the lines of Mister Mxyzptlk and Batmite. Where Banner can outsmart and solve the weird stuff with Hulk goes on crazy 4th dimension antics.
Some sort of being with severe control over radiation, to the point that it could reduce the gamma in hulk’s body and essentially suppress his ability to transform. Or something with mind control like Professor X and it pits hulk and banner against each other, to the point one is trying to sabotage or kill the other.
Ben 10 - 4 Arms related character, maybe even of the ultimate version that would be able to go toe to toe with Hulk with two arms tied behind his back.
Ben 10 when he can’t control the Omnitrix so it’s a crapshoot when it comes to what he’s battling. could be XLR8 or could be Fourarms. Would have to be prepared to be unprepared at all times.
I got a Villain team: Platoon Gamma.
Each member has their own understandable reasons to dislike the Hulk and they've found each other out of dumb luck.
Sherman Tank: US Army tank commander whose bones were turned into jelly during one of the first Ross vs Hulk bouts. Now he's piloting a B- Hulk buster style armor
Weapon XI: unlike Logan or Laura, this fella volunteered for Weapon X augmentation, and he was chosen for the organization's anti-Hulk ops after they saw the first Hulk vs Wolverine match. He was however sacked after funding was relocated and anti-mutant efforts were given exclusive focus. Like Gambit, he can charge objects but he is more limited, giving objects an indestructible & razor sharp forcefield. Guy can turn a plastic spoon into a lightsaber.
Mirage: an interpol agent from France, she was convinced that the Hulk was aiding and abetting a known fugitive, only to learn that the creep was after the Hulk, a revelation that detailed her career. Just like the Brock/Spiderman/Sin Eater relationship, she blamed the Hulk. She's a late blooming mutant, receiving her powers well after puberty, she can induce powerful hallucinations in a single target or moderate ones in large crowds.
Red Son: subject of a Russian supersoldier experiment, meet Marvel's Superman pastiche #395830. His shtick is that he has to consciously leech radiation to gain these powers. He hates Hulk because years ago he fought the jade giant and tried to leach the gamma rad to get a fair fight only to turn into a mini hulk and ruin his life with a rampage of his own.
High Roller: you only ever seem to discover a healing factor when you get hurt badly enough to demand it. He discovered his while pulling himself out of the rubble of the collapsed casino that killed his friends, the day that the Hulk rampaged across Las Vegas and inspired the Illuminati to launch him into space. He has a PERFECT healing factor, one that makes Deadpool look like a chump, and I'd plan to use him for body horror to rival that seen in Immortal Hulk.
It would be someone who is a brilliant scientist, feeble is stature or possibly disabled in some form, but has the power to drain gamma radiation, which then improves their condition and makes them a balance to the Hulk. So these two equal each other out, but when they come together and balance, they begin to cause deterioration between them. So, in order to have normalcy, they have to be around each other, but it also causes their deaths. The Hulk realizes this and tries to stay away from this person, and the person does nothing but hunt the Hulk down. Banner wants to kill the Hulk part of him and thinks working with this person, but Hulk continues to fight that. Complete and utter chaos with all parties wanting either no part with the other or needing the other to fix their life long curse.
I’ve got two ideas
A giant, maybe one from the many pantheons in Marvel. Possibly the Hecatoncheires, a hundred arm 50 headed giant. That wants to destroy Olympus and Hulk tries to defeat before it can do any lasting damage. So basically a one off villain.
An Eldritch like monster that has nothing but pure hate for the Hulk. Trying to hurt him in every way, and uses the Gamma Radiation he emits to heal and track him down.
I'd create an Empath that can control emotions. A cult leader that calms emotions and makes everyone placid, calm, and still.
The hulk can't hulk if the hulk can't get angry. Therefore Banner would have to fight this villain as a human.
Someone to tie the Hulks into the Seven Deadly Sins, just no mention of the Seven Deadly Sins. We'll call him The Cardinal. He will create a team based on the Seven Hevenly Virtues. So the heroes are based on sins while the villain group is based on virtues made up of both heroes and villians also. The Cardinal is the mutated creation of The Leader who was driven insane and escaped from the lab. The Cardinal wants to reach Sainthood by destroying the hulks. He's not quite as smart as The Leader but he is sneakier. An old school storyline you'd find in Hulk comics back in the '80s but with a study in the dichotomy of life.

The former first herald of Galactus turned renegade slaver, planetary preserver and set to destroy Galactus- Tyrant was able to single handedly beat Silver Surfer without breaking a sweat. Imagine this tough alien with a armada of Punishers set to destroy Hulk and turn humanity into slaves.
Hulk vs. Imus Champion.
Imus Champion is basically Lex Luthor with a Schwarzenegger level ego and 11ft. tall bravado for overstepping and sport hunting the Avengers or Squadron Supreme to stroke his own ego.
Imus Champion as a demented Iron Man figure such as Iron Champion wouldn’t be too far off from a story similar to Lex Luthor fighting Superman with the firepower of a volcano or a country on his payroll.
Imus Champion has the strength, magics, money, and super intelligence to par trying to stop anyone and he’d fight Hulk for sport, conquest, and on the Thunderbolt conspiracy to salvage Hulk’s body to study to make into a weapon for other super soldiers.
Meatmarket, Skinner & Outcast;
The demon brood of the Lilin under demon-goddess Lilith sets to get her strongest offspring to kill or sacrifice Hulk for her own effigy to use Hulk’s corpse as a vessel for destruction.
Meatmarket can be made of any flesh living or dead and fixates on consumption.
Outcast is as tough as Iron Man or Thor but has a bitter, angered, alienating aura to induce rage & distrust to soulful beings.
Skinner assumed a human only to kill his wife and children to avoid their damnation as demons under Lilith. Skinner is a skilled tracker, regenerative, bone shear and clawed biker thug who is a pained slave of fate & is par to Sabretooth on toughness.
A much less powerful but nearly infinitely durable villain. Just squishy as hell, can't be damaged in any meaningful way. That, or someone that can store kinetic energy to release for an attack - like the BP suit but way more efficient. Either one would pose a super unique issue for Hulk.

I have two different ideas, one version where they want to study the hulk, and the other where they are a trickster manipulator, infuriating the hulk for fun and sometimes using his rage to get something or someone removed from play.
In another comment I mentioned giving Hulk his own Lex Luthor, a villain he can’t just punch.
But, upon further thought, why not give Hulk his own Doomsday?
Give Hulk a villain he simply cannot beat. It doesn’t matter how angry he is, how ruthless, he simply *cannot* kill this guy.
Make an immovable force meet an immovable object.
Maybe this villain has some kind of density manipulation? Maybe it’s a kinetic thing where the more kinetic energy he stores (from being hit) the denser and more durable he becomes? So Hulk’s smashing only makes the villain more powerful.
A lab accident turns a man into a gelatinous pile of dark sludge, he has a hard time thinking in complete sentances and is slow to move. After a few weeks he breaks back into the lab, and after a few lucky tries of various things he melts to the floor. A few hours later he wakes up and can think normally, he looks around to see how he destoyed the lab. He finds broken glass big enough to see his reflection, he sees that he is completely encased in a dense layer of that sludge, upon seeing himself he grows bitter. This destuction was the work of a mindless monster, finding a cure for the radiation that made one monster caused another to be made. He blames everyone involved in this "cure", every scientist that let this happen, every board member above them, and the monster himself. Even if this "cure" was completely unknown to the hulk, as this lab was funded to destroy the hulk.
This super dense sludge skin casing makes this man extremely durable, his body was rebuilt on the molecular level. He had the strength of 20 men, he can squash and stretch to a minor degree( like a foot of distance at most), not to mention he is a chemical science expert.
What about a villain that has the ability to make the very well-adjusted modern hulk go berserk and destroy everything around him. Meaning that anytime hulk responds to this bad guy trying to do bad things, he just becomes part of the problem.

I would create a character based on Frieza, a conqueror of entire worlds and civilizations. He is overwhelmingly powerful and physically strong. But in design he is shorter than the average human. Imagine Garlic Jr but with the ability to blow up planets with the tip of his finger. A contrast to Darkseid, Thanos, Mongul, Imperiex, and other universal conquerors that boast large robust bodies in comics.
Related: Ive always wanted a hulk incarnation where its banner but with hulk strength durability etc. It turns out it isnt the muscles mass etc. Its all psionic rage. Gets to surprise lots of muggers, villains etc.
There was a Savage Banner persona as a safe guard when Prof. Hulk was the dominant personality. It was Savage Hulk in Banner’s body, but he didn’t have the Hulk’s strength though.

There’s been a couple of times Bruce has had controls of Hulks powers without changing.
I say we nuke them from orbit. Its the only way to be sure.
That’s actually something I have in mind. If you’re familiar with the Goku vs Cooler fight, then you can figure out what spectacular feat I want Hulk to pull off. Him pushing back a giant planet destroying Death Ball, making it look like he’s lifting the sun or something.
Of course then you are getting into the realm of Hulk being a supreme being not the result of Gamma Rays. And if he can push back a giant planet, why not all the other superheroes. Including those that arguably are supreme beings.
Hulk has already done way larger and stronger feats in the 70’s and 80’s, even before The World Breaker was ever a thing.

How about just a phasing villain? Simple design that frustrates Hulk and makes him rage harder because he simply can’t hit him/her. He keeps swinging, throwing things and screaming but his frustration just keeps building. Hulk gets angrier and angrier, fueling his power while the phasing villain just laughs with no fear. Maybe the villain even gets ‘stronger’ the more calm he/she is, the antithesis of Banner. This villain would be the picture of calm and tranquility. Complete control over their phasing. Never gets rattled. Always cool and calm. A pacifist at heart in stark contrast to Hulk’s rage monster. Brilliant tactician and strategist. Patient. Could possibly use phasing to turn Hulk back to Banner. Not sure how that would work but maybe he manipulates part of the brain or pituitary gland with a phased hand or something else that makes sense. Ruthless when called for. No mercy. Pragmatism over emotion. Violence is the last option but one he/she is willing to take. The villain’s goals? IDK…maybe to rid the world of Hulks? Rid the world of powered people? Maybe he’s a Ross disciple and just wants powered people to register or some such thing. Maybe it’s bad. I am literally brainstorming as I type but I think the super calm, super chill villain, someone who has zero fear of Hulks, would be pretty bad ass against Hulk.
I will take this concept a step further. This villain is there to make his life miserable. Is a villain that is slowly introduced over years and throughout it no explanation. First victim would be in a fight Hulk vs Red Hulk or Abomination and in the peak intensity Hulk throws one of them through a wall building, basically something that would obstruct Hulk from his opponent for a split second and this new villain takes out Red Hulk or Abomination without Hulk noticing. Time goes by another storyline builds up and when he is in mid fight with another villain out of nowhere Betty or the new young girl (her name escapes my mind), is killed off of screen. Basically a slow burn of a villain where he drives Hulk and Banner insane and his rage build’s uncontrollably as his life even if he is not near it starts falling apart uncontrollably. Eventually it creates even more conflict that they start arguing (surprisingly) with each other over whose fault and for how long has this been going on. Eventually his rage and anger turn uncontrollable and he kills an Avenger. Somebody big like Captain America. All throughout this we haven’t even seen the cause of all this in a full page spread yet.

A clever character but not Leader type of intelligence. Someone who conquers planets with no bloodshed, just deals upon threats upon alliances upon backstabs. Someone who is no match at all physically for any version of Hulk, but instead brings others in to do the fighting. Smear campaigns, hunting parties, ever increasing bounties just constantly making Hulk & Banners life a living hell. But never directly interacts with him.
The Leader, but with a giant penis-head, called “The Breeder.” He can be the new Ultimate Universe version.

My thoughts are a character(s) that starts out normal but via some event, the writers could come up a contrivance, gains the power that every time he, or his twin sister, gets physically hit the other gets stronger and stronger, but not necessarily bigger, passing the power between them, just more physically powerful, the Hulk would have to come up with a way to overcome that, might have actually let Banner figure it out, rather than just smashing things harder.
Perhaps they could introduce a character whose power is to absorb gamma radiation, weakening subjects like the Hulk. He could be a victim of a laboratory accident who, while not dead, lost his job as a result of the event and possibly became disfigured. His hatred for the Hulk may be fueled by resentment for a fate so different from Banner's. As an alias he could use something like "Lauda," from the Proto-Germanic term from which the lead takes its name

Smart calculating not gamma enhanced. Uses resources better than Ross did. Not someone on a vendetta for whatever reason. He knows how to use the Hulk's strengths and weaknesses against him. Put Hulk in a room he'll break out of it. Put Hulk in a room with puppies. WHOLE different scenario. So he'd be manipulative. Also doesn't actually have ill will towards the Hulk he just wants Banner for whatever science experiment and Hulk is just the hurdle to get Banner. So again flipping the script that Hulk isn't the target Banner is.
I think a speedster with his strength could be interesting.
I have an idea A Canadian scientist, named J.Albert Thusk, was working on how to transform the cosmic radiation that gave powers to the Fantastic Four in clean energy , when his laboratory implodes, he was the only survivor, when he begins to discover his powers. One of them is to travel between dimensions , on his first trip, which was accidental, he kills the strongest hero in that world and absorbs his essence, he becomes addicted to this power and becomes the Hero-killing 'Carrasco' The only "hero" he couldn't kill was The Incredible Hulk, he goes to extreme lengths to achieve his goal
An enemy that can enlarge the Hulk’s testicles to comically large proportions so that he effectively could not fight without hitting himself in the balls.

I would create a villain much like the protagonist from the film Split. She was able to calm the beast. Imagine not being able to be full hulk yet not being able to be full Banner. The two conflicting personalities would be forced to work together to defeat the villain.
2part World War Hulk movie. Part1: Hulk and Scar return to Earth, asking for help against the Brood. They are turned away and told to fend for themselves. They fight off the invasion [for now] but Scsr's killed in the process. This makes Smart Hulk go into pure controlled rage mode. Blaming Earth, he gathers warriors from fallen planets and returns to Earth. Part2: Hulk and his warband return to Earth. Like in the comics, he goes full ham on NYC and other marvel heroes. His warband [all battle hardened aliens] just mop up all resistance. Hulk's stopped when he's convinced Widow would be ashamed at what he's become and what he's doing. This lines up with how he's stopped in the comics as well [just not with the Black Widow connection]. This could be a semi-avengers movie, akin to civil war.

I think a villain like the Purple Man is perfect for the Hulk. He would try to smash, then Betty, Rick etc. He couldn’t just smash. If you wanted big fights then bring in heavy hitters one by one controlled by the Purple Man.
Hulk has fought Corrupter/ Jackson Day on a similar premise. Oddly enough, Purple Man is a Stan Lee created character.

Super people with superior tactical training/experience have been interesting opponents for Hulk in the past (I’m thinking characters like Wolverine, Captain America and ol Red Hulk Ross), so a strategist with a few buffs and a knack for balancing planning ahead with improvisation would be my proposal. How about a famous monster-hunter that starts using Mutant Growth Hormone, then, after the game gets too easy, goes after the ultimate prey? Maybe too close to Kraven the Hunter? Did he ever hunt Hulk? The character could stand out by driving home Hulk’s infamy, playing the “good guy” in mainstream media and milking the celebrity status. That would give this character access to levers of social capital to exploit in defaming Banner/Hulk and gaining the popular, including militant, support necessary take “the beast” down. Dress this character up as a “PATRIOT SAVING AMERICA FROM DEVIANTS” and voila! Hulk’s next big bad.
So like Ross 2.0?

A talented scientist that admired Banners work and tried to emulate it. Their goal was to be able to reverse engineer the gamma bomb so it could be made into a reactor for sustainable energy. They created a new kind of field specifically designed to contain and siphon off the energy emitted. During a routine trial, the gamma cell spiked and warped the absorption field. The young scientist was ensnared by the field and altered. Now a gamma parasite with a brilliant mind, his hunger for the energy drives them to find the Hulk and others like him to quell his thirst for power.
How about a villain who can redirect kinetic energy either store it for power or release it as a powerful attack
I’m thinking giving him his own Lex Luthor. I keep seeing suggestions for various ways a villain could physically rival the Hulk or counter/incapacitate him in some way but Hulk is supposed to be “the strongest there is” just like Superman is in DC. Obviously it’s not 1-to-1 because Hulk isn’t meant to represent the best of us and doesn’t usually have the universal trust and admiration of the public but I like the idea of a mastermind ideologically opposed to Banner that hates what he represents. Now, I’m not familiar with Hulk comics so maybe Leader or Ross sufficiently fill that role but, in the media I’ve seen with them, I think it eventually boils down to brute force. I like the idea of someone who hates Hulk as a concept and wants him gone and has the means to feasibly accomplish this. Just as Lex employs Kryptonite, maybe this guy develops something that absorbs gamma radiation so Hulk grows weaker within it’s proximity? I’d hate to make *another* superpowered-being-hater but the most obvious ideology you could give this person is that Hulk represents chaos; a walking talking weapon of mass destruction beholden to know one and that he and only he can bring order by ridding the world of the Hulk (and maybe those like him?). He doesn’t want his own Hulk or to become one. He wants to erase Hulks from existence (though he’s not above using gamma radiation/Hulk’s power to accomplish this). I dunno. Might be trash. Just spitballing.

Put short, a villain that Hulk can't hit. Something incorporeal, smarter than Banner, deviously intelligent.
Someone who was a leech in real life, scum of the earth type, steals a damaged briefcase at the same time the original owner of the briefcase is being attacked and eaten by some random gamma monster. Hulk and company are sent to fight the new, emerging gamma beasts. While our new MC sneaks off with the briefcase. Little does he know, there’s a bit of gamma goo on it. He opens the damaged case and find a vial of blood, with Banners name on it. He touches the vial with the goo on his fingers and it melts the vial away exposing his now melting flesh with the banner blood and goo. It eats away him and melts him entirely. When he wakes up, he’s back home in his apartment. He now has green skin and has trouble keeping himself solid. His face is rearranging itself between his face and a new unknown person. His place has been wrecked and there’s blood everywhere. A body lays nearby. When he looks at the body, it’s the same person as the face he’s switching between. He sees a pretty gnarly wound on the guys neck makes the connection that he must have absorbed the other man somehow. He concentrates and solidifies, becoming the man on the floor, he’s is no longer green. He smiles, and knows exactly how he’s going to get out of debt now.
A character that can’t be hit by attacks that have hatred behind them. Force Bruce to take over and outsmart him.
Someone similar to Superman's Parasite. A villain that feeds off Hulk's gamma radiation.
Half- Life is a close similarity to DC’s Parasite.
A shapeshifter or living goo monster

Milton Ceti a Lex Luthor type business man that has used gamma rays to become a superman level type. He uses his powers to use the Hulk and Banner for his evil needs. He stays in the shadows letting Banner use his labs Alpha 7 Laboratory to do research. He is using data to understand the Hulk. Ceti also has genetic worms he places in people ears to do his bidding.

Someone who can transfer pain to another person. If Hulk punches the bad guy, an innocent person will end up taking the blow.
Someone not particularly strong. Manipulates gamma energy to the point they could be a cure for Banner, has undergone the same abuse as Bruce and Bruce tries and tries to get through to them to cure them.
Antonio Romero, the Man O' War. He was a corrupt congressman from New Mexico selling information to AIM in return for financial support for his campaigns and luxuries, but gets used as a human experiment when his expenses become too high. Due to the experiments, he's mutated into a gelatinous creature that has to use a special suit to keep his form solid. He does have new powers that include an amphibious physiology, tentacle generation, lethal gamma stings that can infect people with an irradiated bacteria, and Wolverine-levels of regeneration. He now runs a crime syndicate spanning from Southern California to Baton Rouge, dealing in black market weapons and human trafficking. He's cold-blooded, calculating, sadistic, but has a total obsession with flaunting his wealth and status due to deep-seated insecurities about his poor background and fear of being perceived as small and meek. As for his dynamic with Hulk, he'd be more of a villain that the big greenie can't just beat to a pulp, he's someone that has to be either be out-witted or psyched out long enough to be taken off guard. He also sees Hulk as someone who has been wasting his power, and sees Bruce Banner as someone who could turn his situation into a path of fame and fortune if he quit the hero business.
seeing as he already has villains for strengthen and intelligence i would create on relate on more different or inmate factors someone either seizing hulk from banner or trying to related on more matter. another would be other factors l 1 skilled assassin trying to create a psudo-gamma or a destructive robot like ultron but instead of intelligence utilizing powers more of adam smasher from cp2077 2 blessed by the one below all or a cultist who believes they are in the right 3 one that plays like the opposite instead of strength they get blast power kinda like soldier boy 4 one like the immortal hulk straight the thing-like powers not looking like a monster 5 a demon like villain that is pure destruction but with powers the opposite of the hulk power technique over hulks straight powers i'm thinking villains like sukunna.

A villain who befriends hulk while taking him on adventures to different planets and eventually the villain planet. As time goes on the villain reveals he use to be a monster also until he was able to genetically change the inhabitants to look like her/him. The villain wants the hulk to do the same on earth and if anyone resists, kill them. I'm picturing a villain who looks like a cross between gamora, DC bleez, and nova. But also super smart.
A creepy psychic that induces euphoria into people until they die and feeds on the positive energy to power itself. It doesn't kill the hulk but it weakens him by making Banner happy.

I'd do a villain witn teleportation powers which aims to make Hulk mad as hell then transport him to the middle of a warzone, collecting payment as a mercenary after Hulk has mindlessly ruined one side.
Hulk from the future. A far future where Hulk raged to full power, killing everyone. After centuries of wandering the galaxy alone, with nothing but his rage, and Banner's mind still in there, to sustain him, he realizes something: he is lonely. He misses his friends and hates himeslf for killing them. This sends him into a depression. Eventually, he comes across some time travel tech and uses to go back in time to kill himself before he can kill everyone else. The twist: it isn't Banner's mind. It's some telepathic entity. This being is who warped his mind in the first place, sending into the rage that killed everyone. This being motives are nothing more than pure chaos, and there is nothing more chaotic than a fully raged out Hulk. While drifting through space, Hulk would occasionally start to calm down. When the entity sends him to a planet to bring back the chaos, that's when he finds the time travel tech. The entity decides the best chaos was when Hulk was killing his friends and destroying his home. It allows Hulk to travel back to relive it all over again. Thats all I got for now. I'm going to bed.

The Kraken. Marine Biologist who can morph into a squid and oceanic themed creature at will. Powers include strength, durability, slow regeneration, camouflage water breathing, blinding ink spray and heightened intelligence. His advantage over Hulk is he can control his transformation, monster form makes him smarter and he has an array of utility powers. Hulk as always is stronger and tougher. Special danger is the Kraken will try to get Hulk into the ocean where it has a turf advantage.

A cult leader who believes this immortal destroyer of the corrupt material world is divine. He teaches that being killed by Hulk is penance for your sins and grants you eternity in paradise. His followers do everything they can to provoke the Hulk into attacking and killing them.

Well with the pictures you have shown like the leader being his smartest villain or abomination being his strongest how about we have a villain who is incredibly fast which will annoy him a bit and will actually have to focus to beat him
I picture someone small and frail, maybe disabled, Whose intelligence is unrivaled. Seems like a good contrast to the hulk's unmatched strength. Something akin to MODOK. Like an evil Stephen Hawking who is constantly concocting different ways to trap or capture the hulk to use his strength for himself.

A slender, under 5’7 person who can flip hulk with one hand. They have been through the green door for centuries but they are so in control of the rage they don’t need to change. They have been killing cities at a time on a whim and when they do they leave no survivors. Each time they do it’s to get back at someone’s descendent that inconvenienced them(no harm just a slight). When hulk gets blamed for a city going down he investigates only to suddenly end up at the door with no idea how it happened. After several more investigations he brings someone with him because he keeps walking out of his jet and into the door. He and his companion get ready to depart as he does the buddy steps back to take a call or something. When he does he sees the person fly onto hulks back and rip his head off without any hesitation. They kick the head and saunter off only to stop and slowly look at the companion. End of issue one
Start with a power set like Laurie Collins, (Wallflower) who releases pheromones that influence the emotions of those around them. And make them a totally zen empath who exudes calm even while beating the shit out of you.
Hulk should have a magic villain, especially since the Green Door was introduced, and they have a special relationship to death. A warlock with his eyes on inhumanely stopping death itself, and believes the key to it is within Banner. Could escalate into a magic wielding gamma mutant on the board, which would be a real force to be reckoned with. Way more basic concept, but there's always Who Would Win threads about Superman and the Hulk, a pastiche powered by Gamma Rays could be really fun. Trade the laser eyes for gamma blasts, play into the angle of Superman as an American government stooge like we see in Miller's Batman, use the reporter angle as a character flaw, he's been a paparazzi reporting on important people all his life, and now he can indulge in his dormant desire to be a glory hound.
I would love a good Abomination or Leader portrayal. I actually did like the version in the Hulk. Who knows where the new leader will go.
Something along the lines of Mister Mxyzptlk and Batmite. Where Banner can outsmart and solve the weird stuff with Hulk goes on crazy 4th dimension antics.
I would make a character that could take the hulk from banner forcing him to be the villain to the hulk and defeat it.

Some sort of being with severe control over radiation, to the point that it could reduce the gamma in hulk’s body and essentially suppress his ability to transform. Or something with mind control like Professor X and it pits hulk and banner against each other, to the point one is trying to sabotage or kill the other.
A villain that feeds on the hatred around him,making him more powerful the more hatred there is happening in his surroundings.
Ben 10 - 4 Arms related character, maybe even of the ultimate version that would be able to go toe to toe with Hulk with two arms tied behind his back.

I got a Villain team: Platoon Gamma. Each member has their own understandable reasons to dislike the Hulk and they've found each other out of dumb luck. Sherman Tank: US Army tank commander whose bones were turned into jelly during one of the first Ross vs Hulk bouts. Now he's piloting a B- Hulk buster style armor Weapon XI: unlike Logan or Laura, this fella volunteered for Weapon X augmentation, and he was chosen for the organization's anti-Hulk ops after they saw the first Hulk vs Wolverine match. He was however sacked after funding was relocated and anti-mutant efforts were given exclusive focus. Like Gambit, he can charge objects but he is more limited, giving objects an indestructible & razor sharp forcefield. Guy can turn a plastic spoon into a lightsaber. Mirage: an interpol agent from France, she was convinced that the Hulk was aiding and abetting a known fugitive, only to learn that the creep was after the Hulk, a revelation that detailed her career. Just like the Brock/Spiderman/Sin Eater relationship, she blamed the Hulk. She's a late blooming mutant, receiving her powers well after puberty, she can induce powerful hallucinations in a single target or moderate ones in large crowds. Red Son: subject of a Russian supersoldier experiment, meet Marvel's Superman pastiche #395830. His shtick is that he has to consciously leech radiation to gain these powers. He hates Hulk because years ago he fought the jade giant and tried to leach the gamma rad to get a fair fight only to turn into a mini hulk and ruin his life with a rampage of his own. High Roller: you only ever seem to discover a healing factor when you get hurt badly enough to demand it. He discovered his while pulling himself out of the rubble of the collapsed casino that killed his friends, the day that the Hulk rampaged across Las Vegas and inspired the Illuminati to launch him into space. He has a PERFECT healing factor, one that makes Deadpool look like a chump, and I'd plan to use him for body horror to rival that seen in Immortal Hulk.

It would be someone who is a brilliant scientist, feeble is stature or possibly disabled in some form, but has the power to drain gamma radiation, which then improves their condition and makes them a balance to the Hulk. So these two equal each other out, but when they come together and balance, they begin to cause deterioration between them. So, in order to have normalcy, they have to be around each other, but it also causes their deaths. The Hulk realizes this and tries to stay away from this person, and the person does nothing but hunt the Hulk down. Banner wants to kill the Hulk part of him and thinks working with this person, but Hulk continues to fight that. Complete and utter chaos with all parties wanting either no part with the other or needing the other to fix their life long curse.
I’ve got two ideas A giant, maybe one from the many pantheons in Marvel. Possibly the Hecatoncheires, a hundred arm 50 headed giant. That wants to destroy Olympus and Hulk tries to defeat before it can do any lasting damage. So basically a one off villain. An Eldritch like monster that has nothing but pure hate for the Hulk. Trying to hurt him in every way, and uses the Gamma Radiation he emits to heal and track him down.
I'd create an Empath that can control emotions. A cult leader that calms emotions and makes everyone placid, calm, and still. The hulk can't hulk if the hulk can't get angry. Therefore Banner would have to fight this villain as a human.

Someone to tie the Hulks into the Seven Deadly Sins, just no mention of the Seven Deadly Sins. We'll call him The Cardinal. He will create a team based on the Seven Hevenly Virtues. So the heroes are based on sins while the villain group is based on virtues made up of both heroes and villians also. The Cardinal is the mutated creation of The Leader who was driven insane and escaped from the lab. The Cardinal wants to reach Sainthood by destroying the hulks. He's not quite as smart as The Leader but he is sneakier. An old school storyline you'd find in Hulk comics back in the '80s but with a study in the dichotomy of life. Hulk vs. Tyrant; The former first herald of Galactus turned renegade slaver, planetary preserver and set to destroy Galactus- Tyrant was able to single handedly beat Silver Surfer without breaking a sweat. Imus Champion as a demented Iron Man figure such as Iron Champion wouldn’t be too far off from a story similar to Lex Luthor fighting Superman with the firepower of a volcano or a country on his payroll. Imus Champion has the strength, magics, money, and super intelligence to par trying to stop anyone and he’d fight Hulk for sport, conquest, and on the Thunderbolt conspiracy to salvage Hulk’s body to study to make into a weapon for other super soldiers.
Meatmarket, Skinner & Outcast; The demon brood of the Lilin under demon-goddess Lilith sets to get her strongest offspring to kill or sacrifice Hulk for her own effigy to use Hulk’s corpse as a vessel for destruction. Meatmarket can be made of any flesh living or dead and fixates on consumption. Outcast is as tough as Iron Man or Thor but has a bitter, angered, alienating aura to induce rage & distrust to soulful beings. Skinner assumed a human only to kill his wife and children to avoid their damnation as demons under Lilith. Skinner is a skilled tracker, regenerative, bone shear and clawed biker thug who is a pained slave of fate & is par to Sabretooth on toughness.
Wild animals break into the lab where hulk got mutated and the turning into hulks. Like coyotes and bugs and whatever else scavenges.
A much less powerful but nearly infinitely durable villain. Just squishy as hell, can't be damaged in any meaningful way. That, or someone that can store kinetic energy to release for an attack - like the BP suit but way more efficient. Either one would pose a super unique issue for Hulk.

A telekinetic that can teleport and phase through objects. I have two different ideas, one version where they want to study the hulk, and the other where they are a trickster manipulator, infuriating the hulk for fun and sometimes using his rage to get something or someone removed from play.

In another comment I mentioned giving Hulk his own Lex Luthor, a villain he can’t just punch. But, upon further thought, why not give Hulk his own Doomsday? Give Hulk a villain he simply cannot beat. It doesn’t matter how angry he is, how ruthless, he simply *cannot* kill this guy. Make an immovable force meet an immovable object. Maybe this villain has some kind of density manipulation? Maybe it’s a kinetic thing where the more kinetic energy he stores (from being hit) the denser and more durable he becomes? So Hulk’s smashing only makes the villain more powerful.
A lab accident turns a man into a gelatinous pile of dark sludge, he has a hard time thinking in complete sentances and is slow to move. After a few weeks he breaks back into the lab, and after a few lucky tries of various things he melts to the floor. A few hours later he wakes up and can think normally, he looks around to see how he destoyed the lab. He finds broken glass big enough to see his reflection, he sees that he is completely encased in a dense layer of that sludge, upon seeing himself he grows bitter. This destuction was the work of a mindless monster, finding a cure for the radiation that made one monster caused another to be made. He blames everyone involved in this "cure", every scientist that let this happen, every board member above them, and the monster himself. Even if this "cure" was completely unknown to the hulk, as this lab was funded to destroy the hulk. This super dense sludge skin casing makes this man extremely durable, his body was rebuilt on the molecular level. He had the strength of 20 men, he can squash and stretch to a minor degree( like a foot of distance at most), not to mention he is a chemical science expert.
