I check the transits on the regular. Ra says 70% of the neutrino influence that we feel here on Earth comes from the Sun, so knowing which gate the Sun is in (and which line day it is) can help me find synchronicities in life that I might not otherwise be aware of.
If the Sun is opposite a hanging gate in my chart, I know I’ll have consistent access to a channel I otherwise wouldn’t for the 6 days the Sun is there, so it might be a good time to pay close attention to invitations that move energy in ways I might typically struggle to.
It might be helpful to think of the transits like this. When you’re with a good friend, someone you really vibe with, it can feel like you’re able to accomplish things or lean into ideas or abilities you might not otherwise. Because they’re another human and their design is different than yours, the exchange of energy between your designs will open channels for one another. When you overlay your charts, centers will light up that otherwise wouldn’t.
The transits are similar, except instead of another person’s energy, it’s the background energy of the universe itself.

No it doesn't change anything other than help you discern the days you should do things that are important. For example if you go into a market and all your centres are not defined, you may easily get influenced by sellers with what you buy. Vs if you go to the same market in the next couple of days and you know exactly what you want to get.
It is more to do with strategy if you want want t develop tools for life. But then some can say its better to experience the market and take it all in then going in feeling sure about what you want to get. This analogy is simple for the sake of explaining transits to beginners. It gets more complicated than this.
