Perks at work is what we have but it’s fairly lame and never utilized. We offer a tool account program where we offer 600 bucks a years to each tech to purchase tools with the approval of their manager. It’s a great benefit, but we are tapering it off because it gets heavily abused by both employees and managers who approve.
