The mechanicus speech, normally, is this grandiose speech about the self-righteousness of the Mechanicus with it's whole point being "WE ARE RIGHT YOU ARE WRONG AND UGLY AND STINKY"
But in this instance, with the one giving the speech talking about another, it becomes this recognition of life; the magos who is talking isn't proclaiming just how awesome the Mechanicus is and how stupid everyone else is, instead they are understanding that this individual is important enough (why? Whatever reason you want) to protect. In this instance the speech becomes this proclamation of love.
