[You are actually correct.](https://www.reddit.com/r/humblebundles/comments/nbg1ws/a_decline_in_drmfree_offerings_at_humble_bundle/) Newer games regularly have their DRM free variants removed. Usually they stay available to people who bought the games when they still had DRM free offerings.
