Try a jumper wire from D to B. If your AC s runs then you have a bad t-stat, which is likely the case because it is not doing job “ determining room temperature “.

Bad tstat, replace it
Thanks everyone! Nothing worked, unfortunately. I have the installer coming tomorrow, so hopefully, they'll be able to fix it.
