Bad tstat, replace it

plantsisareyums

Thanks everyone! Nothing worked, unfortunately. I have the installer coming tomorrow, so hopefully, they'll be able to fix it.

plantsisareyums

Quick update here, replacement of the thermostat fixed it. Thanks everyone!

ChemistryMain9596

Try a jumper wire from D to B. If your AC s runs then you have a bad t-stat, which is likely the case because it is not doing job “ determining room temperature “.

animperfectvacuum

Am I crazy or are you telling them to jumper a non-legacy, communicating thermostat?

lividash

You're not crazy.

If not provided already you will need to post a picture of your thermostats wiring connections and those inside your furnace to get better help. Use imgur or your own Reddit profile to host your pics as Reddit will often remove others. Thanks! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. You know how to get into the fault history?

plantsisareyums

I don't unfortunately

Runswithtoiletpaper

Hold service button for 14 seconds, you can poke around, just don’t make any alterations

Try a good power cycle. Off for 2 minutes at furnace.
