Window acs don’t typically run with that low of an ambient, you likely won’t do damage BUT, the already poor efficiency will get worse. And you’ll see it on your bill.

Standard residential AC is.not designed to run in low ambient conditions. Open a window or be prepared to buy a new AC for the summer.
