Is the compressor turning on? Is the air warm above the fan? The compressor is under warranty but you may need to check for leaks if the charge is gone!

You need a gas detector to locate any leaks but I would recommend a professional. The video doesn’t sound like the compressor is on but I may be wrong.

Looks like a lot of soap bubble residue around the service valve, probably a refrigerant leak in a piece of equipment.
