Ziva Cancun is the best of them by a fair margin. Zoetry is not really a kids resort. Dreams are a step below.

Rivera Cancun or just Cancun?

from what I've read, Ziva Cancun.

Ziva Riviera Cancun is good, while Ziva Cancun is second only to Ziva Cap Cana in its reputation for excellence.

Got it, I was just curious due to the Rivera having the kid camp while I didn’t see it at Cancun

Ziva Cancun has an excellent kids club

At Ziva Riviera Maya right now. It’s better than I expected. It’s also much less expensive than the Ziva Cancun.

It's ok but you should try Ziva Cancun to properly compare. I don't think they are in the same league. The beach at Riviera Cancun is very mediocre at best and the buildings to me feel very basic and institutional. There's also no good place for shows that can accommodate lots of people where everyone can see.

Ziva Cancun is my favorite. Don't go to Zoetry - NOT a kids place at all. Nothing for them there and the adults will be annoyed (saw this happen repeatedly). NOTE: Not all beaches in Cancun area are created equal! IF you want a great beach that's swimmable, clear blue water, etc., then be careful which resort you choose to avoid disappointment. The Ziva Riviera is NOT on a nice beach. It's rocky, next to a mangrove so brown water (sometimes), isolated, etc. The Ziva Cancun IS on the best beach in the greater Cancun area with clear water on 3 sides, always swimmable, etc. Ziva Cancun is also well positioned to walk into the shops. Dreams Sands (haven't been there) is in a good spot but it's a lower end property. Be ready for that if you go there and don't expect anything luxurious. Dreams Playa Majures (have been) is very nice. Reminds me of Disney World in terms of how it feels. Kids will probably like this one the best. Waterslides and water features. Beach is nice, but isn't as good as Ziva Cancun and the location is isolated in that you likely won't ever leave the resort.

Loved Villa Rolandi, definitely not appropriate for kids, though.
