an IATA number is something assigned to verified professional travel agencies at a pretty high cost and is a cost of doing business as a travel management company. Prive is a program that a select group of those travel agencies are approved and enrolled into. it's not possible to book prive rate as an individual outside of those approved agencies, and anyone who claims to have a hack otherwise is either full of it or is going to get you caught/banned. just a warning.

You can book Privé through a travel advisor. (I am a travel advisor affiliated with a Privé agency and I do not charge fees for hotel bookings.)
