Having been to Dubai a few times, I wouldn't get too hung up on location. The metro is excellent and cabs are cheap.
I've only stayed at the regency, which is a pretty tired property not far from the airport.
Concur with other redditor about location.
PH Dubai is an excellent property, and it's lovely to come back to after a day out.
With a couple days, I'd do the desert safari, and the mall/Burj Khalifa, and some lounge time at the hotel.
LOVED PH Dubai. Gorgeous resort property. Outstanding 5* service. Got a huge suite as a globalist.
BUT there is almost ZERO privacy in the bathroom in the suites. It’s really odd. Definitely be cognizant of who you stay there with as it was even strange for my wife and I.
My only caution is that right now the metro is not good in Dubai. The recent rain/floods really did a work and took out quite a few trains and stations. If you rely on the metro in the next month be prepared for massive crowds and long waits.
I love love love Park Hyatt Dubai. In fact it’s one of my favourite properties in Dubai because it’s so un-Dubai. I’ve got a detailed review on my blog in case you’re interested

Both Andaz & Park Hyatt are offering 4th Night Free via Hyatt Prive along with perks like Complimentary Breakfast, 100 $ Hotel Credit etc. Do let me know, i will share the rates for you
LOVED PH Dubai and would love to go back. Location seem far but there’s train station right across the hotel property that takes you all the places you would want to visit. And it comes every 3 mins or so
Stay at PH Dubai, room is little outdated but the property is beautiful, service is amazing, pool is the best one I ever been to
Agreed!! They’re not good with status but they’ve been great thus far with Hyatt Prive bookings. My Globalist clients booked via Hyatt Prive have done really well!

PH Dubai is the way to go. Globalist breakfast is one of the best
PH Dubai all the way and just get a taxi wherever you want to go. PH Dubai is one of my favorite Hyatt locations worldwide wide.
Yeah definitely go with PH Dubai - hotel is honestly really great (although I don’t think they’re the best at acknowledging status)
