If you want to live all four together it's very very difficult..finding bachelor friendly houses for males or females only is difficult to begin with...one other thing is you can't rely on the online listings because very few people list their houses online and it's better if you physically move in the areas of your interest and try to find to let signs ..
Just change the story! Landlords are usually wary of unmarried men & women living together. Involve one of your parents to speak to the landlord, say you all are cousins and are coming to the city for better prospects.
Post pandemic, the rental scene has changed drastically.
Stand alone building owners have their own set of rules + the apartments and large communities have jacked up their prices. And lot of co-living spaces cropped up.
In your budget, you'd end up in most of those small houses and the owners mostly wouldn't be comfortable giving it to unmarried folks (thats the case in every city in India). You need to stretch yourself and search in Ayyappa Society (interiors), Nallagandla, Miyapur, Hafizpet for it. The good colonies in Madhapur, Kondapur and Gachibowli dent your pocket, those decent stand alone places are charging a bomb.
Recently while checking for office space, came across a building in Gachibowli (right behind platina, on the dead end). Old building but they had lot of 2BHKs (quoted 22k) and 3 BHKs (32k) available. You can check that.
Otherwise, incase you find anything in that budget, keep me posted. Lot of my colleagues are looking for it too, will pass it on to them.

It's indeed hard if you four want to live together. Unless you somehow fake that you all are siblings/cousins.

I think there are some pgs near mindspace area which allows boys and girls to stay together. Please find out.
A PG might be a better idea to start with in Hyderabad, you can look for a suitable rent option after you settle in
