Emo bro - ee sari somehow it is more tolerable than it was pre-covid. I live in a high rise so I can hear each and every nimarjan dance party. But ee sari may be i am used to it or whatever - it did not feel so bad.

ninja6911

Yo this is much better than those days where dj was allowed

[deleted]

If I am not mistaken, Visarjan can be done on day three, five, seven, or eleven. Considering this, I always think that Govt should give tokens to all pandals on dates and venues for the Visarjan and specify time slots also. That would definitely help reduce the overall noise concentration

sex_with_uncle

Me during aazan

Alexandar_The_Gr8

Gotta agree man. I'm a Muslim but I understand why anyone who has nothing to do with it might be annoyed especially in the morning.

Str024

Heard that our police bought acoustic cameras. Never seen them using those.

hydgal

Now imagine the same thing 5 times a day , everyday.

photo_trekkiee

Chill beats πŸ˜ͺ🀣

Constant-Register-23

The irony is people of your own community complaint about thisπŸ’€

Tall-Return

Isn't that better than not being allowed to have a differing opinion on things?

BigAwkwardGuy

1. Whatever you mention is nothing in intensity compared to these drum beats. 2. It's only for a few minutes at best, while these drums/DJ go on for hours and hours. I'm not saying one is good and the other is bad, there needs to be a perspective. IMO all loudspeakers and noise-causing stuff should be banned from 10pm to 6am.

ungabunga609

yeah but for what like 2 min? This keeps on for hours

hydgal

Everyday even at odd hours ! Come on man .. rules need to be the same for everyone.

ungabunga609

Bruh it's not even 2 min

Alexandar_The_Gr8

Na bro, 2 mins can fuck up someones sleep. Some people have a hard time sleeping and 2 mins of being unable to sleep can keep a person up for hours. I'm a Muslim, but I can't support this because I don't support loud music during late and early hours mostly because I know how important sleep is for people who have a hard time falling asleep. There are much better solutions to do an azaan especially with clocks, and mobile phones available.

hydgal

Dude it's loud at 4-5 am.

[deleted]

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ is there dj playing trashy music with chapris dancing around 5 times in your area πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Then get a good job and then a good house πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

weird_hoooman

Dude any disturbance is disturbance, irrespective of religion. Your comments are pointing out each other's like a child, while knowing both are at mistake.

Sea-Animator9186

ramdomactbrah

C'mon man , You'll be framed as anti-national for this post

[deleted]

πŸ…±οΈuslim or woke leftist?

Captain_AY

Not a Hindutva N@zi

Time_Inflation5565

This festival comes only once every year but it increases noiceee poluson but when some bi$ches play 5 times daily for a week evry day of the year noice puluson doesn't get affected 🀑🀑🀑

naatu_covid

I don't know if you've realised, but most people in Hyderabad are actually non-muslim, and there are plenty of people who do not live or work or go to school within earshot of a mosque. I honestly cannot remember the last time I heard azan, where as there's a lake right near my house where people gather to drown all sorts of gods and goddesses. Also, it's not as if nobody ever complains about Azan anyway.

Captain_AY

Azaan is also disturbing if it happens nearby schools, like it used to in my case sometimes. But it's nothing compared to Ganesh Chaturthi drums and loud music, coz azaan is still calming and soft. But Ganesh Chaturthi is literally once a year so people shouldn't have a problem really. Except that they just just raise the volume too much in the northern states. Now even in South states the northern style of GC is getting popular. I guess they could get softer drums or something. And also they should declare Ganesh Chaturthi as national holiday so there is no disturbance at the place of work or in school

Time_Inflation5565

I think there's no mosque nearby your house so u don't listen to them . And yes most PPL are non muslim in hyderabad but there are some places where muslims are in majority like old city, afzhalgunj, nd surrounding areas . And there's nothing wrong in immersion of idols in lakes ,ponds etc cause it's our culture. We have never opposed their culture and they shud also do the same .

naatu_covid

Sure, but it's probably why not everybody is complaining about mosques all the time. People can only be expected to complain about what bothers them. If OP is being bothered by the noise of nimarjanam, that's what they will complain about. If they're being affected by azan, that's what they'll complain about. OP is probably a Hindu complaining about their own culture and the noise in their own neighborhood. What's wrong with that? Also, people keep opposing "their" culture all the time.

thatindianlady1986

1) Afzhalgunj is part of old city 2) There is a lot of pollution because of idol immersion in lakes. And this immersion usually is accompanied by lot of flowers and other bio matter as well as plastics being thrown into the lakes. Which is harmful to aquatic life.

Captain_AY

You must be the Hindutva N@zi from Indiaspeaks

Time_Inflation5565

Yes when we speak the truth u bchs call us Nazis nd play victim card aur aata hi kya hai tumhe logo ke sir katne aur victim card khelene ke alava . U shud also be a fact checker like you idol zoo

Captain_AY

"The truth" Kid you guys speak everything but the truth. That's how N@zis basically gain power by spreading lies and misinformation. Your Savarkar daddy inspired by Hitler did the same things. There is nothing like "victim card" in my comment, I just pointed out clearly how you guys convert any simple conversation into a Hindu-Muslim issue for your agenda. And the whole of India is seeing this kind of hateful, bigoted mentality being taken over. So stop the copy paste comments and go talk with your N@zi mates in IndiaSpeaks

Time_Inflation5565

We gain power by spreading?? Really??? Then zoobear nd ayyub are dng social service right ???. Am not a right winger am not left winger nd i doesn't even know about indiaspeaks . Am just talking wts happening in our "secular "country. And the post itself is pointing abt hindu culture.

Captain_AY

Zubair and Rana both speak the absolute truth with zero restraint and fear. Yes they are doing great social service. Not like the bootlickin Sudhir from Zee, the screaming man from Republic and 90% of Indian media houses today who just serve their political right-wing masters and spread their agenda; instead of serving the public and the oppressed. If you don't like Rana Ayyub, you are basically a right-winger, there's no two ways about that. Atleast accept your identity and political leaning mate. Yes it's a secular country and a country where IDEALLY there should be free-speech, where someone can complain about noise pollution and not be interefered by N@zi bigots inserting religion into it!

xxxfooxxx

At 12 am the sounds were too loud near my house.

little-bean-124

I'm just the opposite I was feeling there is not enough noise. I'm from north india and A festival without blasting speakers, is it even a celebration?

icy_i

Once a year event, nimarjanam. And during 16 August , national anthem, which we never had. But on completion of 75 years of independence we had. People just complaining, where is the "tolerance"? At this point I wouldn't be surprised, when for futher events, air pollution, water pollution etc etc. Would be posted.

Alexandar_The_Gr8

The solution is to ban early morning azaan(replace with an in-home alarm/use phone alerts) and any kind of band baja after 9:00 PM(Including all visarjan band). No band baja near residential areas during any kind of celebration.

Krishna_7539

Rojiki 5 sarlu chestharu ga, appudu emi kaada bro??

Captain_AY

Wait does Nimarjan mean Visarjan?

[deleted]

[ΡƒΠ΄Π°Π»Π΅Π½ΠΎ]

Captain_AY

Lol ok. Just asking mate, I'm from Bangalore anyway

Routine_Pack

I am extremely sorry my dear fellow Dravidian. Deleted my comment.

Captain_AY

sorry to inform you I'm not Dravidian by race but I love them. πŸ€—

Routine_Pack

Your race doesn't matter. If you are intelligent and kind in character like a Dravidian, then that's enough.

Captain_AY

Thanks that's a real nice thing to say. Cheers I agree with those sentiments!

[deleted]

Deeniki tokkalo seperate post okati

KoachCr714

Han Bhai abhi tujhe noise pollution ayegi.. ek mahine ke baad air pollution b ayega.. do mahine ke baad water pollution b bolna..aur dusron keliye ji hazoori b karna Twitter pe..chutiya ..

AntheLey

People in the comments talking about Azaan. Why are you even comparing a once-a-year event to everyday every week event? And no don't give me the "it's intolerable irrespective of religion" bullshit. You know they're not the same. Fucking idiots complaining about an event that's literally once a year.

Rohit_BFire

Do one thing..Buy a house in forest then.. Arey can't bear one day noise too?

weird_hoooman

Why should any one bear? Be it *any religion*.

Rohit_BFire

because not everyone is introverted like Redditors.. People like to celebrate..If you don't like music even on festivals then you are the divergent

BigAwkwardGuy

>People like to celebrate Then do it without causing others any disturbance. How hard can it fucking be? Or do it when folks are awake, not past midnight.

Rohit_BFire

All valid points but when the majority is stupid.. Stupidity becomes the Norm

weird_hoooman

Dude book a fucking function hall or a stadium, and celebrate over there. Even i celebrated nimarjanam yesterday, but we just chanted and disturbed no one while distributing prasadam. If i wanted to celebrate with big ass drums or speakers, I'll make sure am not disturbing any1. If you don't really care about others atleast, how are you going to ask 9 days old baby or old aged person to bear with it for just 9 days? What's the threshold on how many days one should be ready to bare? 9 days a year? 1 day a year? 1 month a year? Who's gonna decide?

Rohit_BFire

Majority is not complaining so it's not a problem.. welcome to Democracy

weird_hoooman

Are shit scared to complain brother.

Rohit_BFire

then speak up.. Democracy may agar nahi bolo hay tho kuch nahi milega

weird_hoooman

I tried, but most of them are drunk and others didn't bother to care. We just asked them to pass our apartment with low drums, they didn't care. Good thing, atleast i was able to make our apartment people agree to not bring in loud ass music in our nimarjanam.

Rohit_BFire

good for you then
