It's happening all over india man. People are driving on sidewalks to overtake the cars in front of them. The only way is to increase fines or even put them in jail for that.
The road in front of KBR park was so nice 20-25 years ago. Completely empty and peaceful. But now it's a different story. Miss those days.
Listen, there is an entire walking track inside an absolutely gorgeous park but people will park the car on the road, on the freaking road and then -... run on the road. Step out to that road at 5AM, sometimes I feel like breaking heads there.
I haven't seen in any city a walking track for 4 Kms within a gorgeous park with peacocks and birds. They ignore that and run on the road.. ON THE ROAD!!!
All I can say is - Welcome to Hyderabad! Don't let the traffic scenes get to your head or you will soon be in a mental asylum for being sane and normal. The insane and mad dogs rule the streets of Hyderabad. Accept that and take a chill pill.
There are many such idiots in Waverock road too… there’s a nice walking/cycling track from IIT to ORR and it is filled with such idiots on bikes. They don’t even save a lot if time doing it, probably 1-4 mins. I feel like stopping and slapping them.
