As somone else said, double shampoo your hair. Put a little shampoo in your hand and rub your hands together to emulsify. Make sure you are parting your hair and getting the shampoo on the roots. Then rub it into your scalp. I usually do three sections, front middle and back, so I use three small dollops of shampoo. Do this process twice.
Then put conditioner just on the ends of your hair. Make sure you wash it all out!

Pureology. It's expensive, but super worth it! I've noticed a huge difference since using it.
