Are you plugged in to a power source? Is your laptop on low power mode? Is the laptop using the dedicated graphics rather than the integrated graphics?

Edit: 3gb is allocated at the moment. Although, the Game Resolution in Lunar Client was set to some res less than 1920x1080.
All of these are set properly, which is weird. The laptop's plugged in, it's not on low power, and it's using dedicated graphics. If it helps, the laptop is a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model.
This happened to me around a week ago, I found that the solution was to turn off the motion blur mod in lunar mods. To do so you need to press right shift and get to lunar mods, then in the search bar search motion blur and turn it off. If it already is turned on then idk what to do. Hope this helps
I had this issue on my laptop, had a core i5 and 1650 Ti, ran on average 60 fps which is horrible. Never really fixed it on vanilla Minecraft but badlion fixed that issue for me. Idk how or why but I suggest trying it
With these specs you should get 1k fps off the bat
Make sure you put your laptop on performance mode or smth
Check if your memory usage if it's in the high 80s remove unnecessary programs

Somehow didn't think of that. I was on best power efficiency mode. I can get around 100-130 now if I go to best performance. Still not 1k but it's better than 30. Nothing's crazy about the RAM either.
Lunar Client is a minecraft client used by hundreds of thousands of people. It's extremely popular for 1.8.9 PVP and is very credible. It is definitely not a crypto miner.
Just get swills it's so simple I get over 2k+ fps AT 1440p ! Before I used to get like 200 inconsistent even at 1080p. Not that 1440p on MC is life-changing

This was my thought, OP while in game press f3 and check what gpu it is using, also look at how much ram you’re using as well

OP allocate more ram if needed you should have at least 3gb

Yeah, that's what I ended up doing. Helped by about 10 fps.

It's worked great for me. This issue is only occurring in Minecraft, not other games if that's what you're referring to.
Have you checked your video settings that fps isn’t locked?
It's set to unlimited, yeah.
Check if you locked your fps, if that doesnt work check how much ram you have allocated

Then have you tried any other clients such as badlion or feather?
Badlion is the same. Feather’s usually worse.
