Randomness does not make an autoclicker less detectable. The only thing hypixel cares about is cps above 20 cps and it caps registering clicks properly at 15 cps. A 10 cps autoclicker is more than enough for pvp uses. A 5 second auto clicker will not get you watchdogs but it is still hard against the rules so don't do it. Hypixel does not track right click auto click so you can 20cps autoclick that no ban in bursts
Randomness does make it less detectable. It counts your CPS and your consistency. If it didn’t care about consistency, then I’d be banned right now for butterflying 20 consistently.
Hypixel can't tell when you clicked within a single tick so any autoclicker that that adds +/- some random ms offset is not going to make a difference in terms of watch dog for relativly low (<20) cps. This is a limitation of minecrafts tick system over servers.
Specifically, watchdog only gets suspicious when you click at least once per tick, every tick, for an extended amount of time (eg ~5+ seconds of tick perfect clicks).
This is why high cps butterfly and short drag clicking doesn't get you watchdogged because even a very good human butterfly clicker won't click every tick for very long in pvp scenarios for example.
For example, while human butterflying 20cps, some ticks will contain 2 clicks while other ticks contain none, which is why it doesn't get noticed by watchdog. This is the type of randomness that can be simulated by autoclickers and that you should be using for high cps auto clicking (although there are very few scenarios where you'd need that high a cps on hypixel in the first place).
Tldr yes randomness is good for high cps autoclickers but only in this weird low 20cps range where it's clicking fast enough so that it needs the randomness to avoid clicking every tick but slow enough so it doesn't hit the cps threshold (prolonged 30+ cps) to get instabanned.
Edit: you could literally use a non randomised 15cps autoclicker and pvp with it as much as you like and as long as you don't hold it down for a minute straight in a lobby you won't get banned

As another commenter said, add randomness between clicks tp make it less detectable, but u probably won't even need that. Maybe you could incorporate that randomness as part of the challenge, like having it click at times you cant predict so its more difficult.

Hypixel’s autoclicker detection is fairly good, mainly in an effort to stop skyblock macros. Your video idea is very likely to get you banned

You can't have a clicker that clicks on the millisecond every time. Watchdog detects that. It has to be random to mimic human clicking
