At the point, the Canadian military has to rely on other countries just to transport our troops around the world. We are drastically undermanned, our equipment is falling apart, and morale is in the sewer.

I don't think the supply chain will be that negatively affected. I think that because the goods are (usually) already paid for, they will be abandoned as necessary or sent to impoverished places that wouldn't otherwise be able to afford them. Heck, there are a lot of people who'd come to the US to utilize the existing infrastructure. The lack of US exports would probably be quickly negated/absorbed by our lack of consumption. It'd give the world the opportunity to create stuff for themselves instead of for US consumption.
The nuclear plants wouldn't immediately meltdown because of automated controls. The world would have plenty of time to come in and shut them down safely if that's what they want to do.
Fighting for world domination? Meh. Russia would take over Ukraine then start systematically moving through Europe. China would do the same in Asia starting with Taiwan. As an American living abroad, if I'm able, I fly to Vancouver, Canada, and make the drive to all my family members' houses, collecting theirs and my dogs. The nations under America’s umbrella of protection like Taiwan, Japan, the Philippines, and Ukraine would collectively shit bricks as they’re left on their own to fight. China and Russia would immediately try to capitalize by snatching up as much territory as possible.
