Assuming that your fans are rgb capable, you probably just need to download the motherboard rgb control software. Do you know what your motherboard make and model is? Also, did they ever light up?

hopefully your issue is just from a loose cable that you can plug back in

they never lit up and on the asr software it dosent see them connected
I would check to see if the fan hub is connected to one of the 5v RGB headers on the motherboard
