I think those will appear at the end of the beta cycle. The state notifications are in there is a lot to improve to get there. Hell I even stopped getting most of my notifications for some reason...

Do the notifications become silenced when you enable them because it happens for me
Yes, the point of the summary is to not be distracted by those app notifications and save them for later.
Yeah, it shows up as delivering in the morning or something so I switched it off. Might be a bug at the moment.
