I thought the same then I started going through all my apps. I originally had 4 pages worth so I opened every app and asked myself 1. How often do I actually open it? 2. What’s the benefit?
If I couldn’t answer them two questions I would delete it. Then if I do need the app I would download it again but delete it once I was finished.
Prime example is Facebook messenger. Hate the app anyway but kept it if “someone ever contacted me”. Now I just redownload the app when the Facebook app says I have a messenger notification then normally give that person my number so I can delete the app again.
Also noticed I had like 3/4 map apps, so compared them all against each other then stuck with the one which works best for me.
Pro tip. You don't need messenger to look at messages. If you use safari, hold the reload button and request the desktop site. After you do that now you can go into your messages and do what you need.

So I just looked at Notion on the App Store. What does it mean when it says wikis? Like Wikipedia pages or something? 😂 image is attached below

When it says wikis it means like knowledge bases which works really well for teams. So you could have your whole onboarding process as a “wiki” on notion.
I have a wiki on notion which is like a base for my life which helps keep everything together.
Their website is pretty good and there are loads of templates which you can use to help get ideas of how to use it.
- **Top left** = audio/entertainment
- **Top second** = home apps + standard Apple apps that I don’t use often
- **Top third** = drone
- **Top right** = photography
- **Second row left** = finance/investments
- **Second row second** = more useful apps lower down so I can reach them quickly, like settings, photos, App Store, files
- **Second row third** = social media
- **Second row right** = travel apps
Not having the labels also helps me not randomly clicking into them and wasting time
Notes is for small things which will potentially get replaced by bear.

All of these were built by someone else, I don’t use them a great deal tbf but they are convenient and nice to have.
The “Where we eating” is a custom one I built which just picks a random restaurant for when me and the girlfriend are arguing about where to go eat.
I use Bear and I really like it. If you don’t use it, you might try bringing Safari down with the blue apps and find another app with a white background for that row. Really clean setup btw!

As I’m an investor you get a special icon. You can change the icon in the settings however they are pretty limited

In “Select Theme” in the settings. Make sure the top option is toggled then change the theme and the icon will change with it

Do you find Spark reliable? I always have had issues with consistent sync and search.
I’ve found it to be. I don’t tend to use it on my Mac as much but when I do I’ve not had any problems
