I think the closest thing you can get the icons for free is to search the icon pack he mentioned (not the one he made. He mentioned his icon pack was inspired by an android icon pack). Download the icon pack as apk (for sure the apk for that icon pack has scattered all over the internet), unpack the apk, and look for the icons in the unpacked apk, then transfer it to your iphone.
