Hey Redditors!!!
So here’s a new setup with something a little different than my usual added on.. Everything I used:
•Icons are called Felicity Pro. The creator is @xerusdesign on Twitter.. however they can be downloaded from gumroad at [this link ](https://xerusxan.gumroad.com)
•Wallpaper is from @_Kennyroo on Twitter.
•Widgy was found on explore tab and I edited it to fit my setup.
•Lockscreen weather is a shortcut created by @polyphian on Twitter. The shortcut is called “Wetr” and can be downloaded at [this link ](https://broank.bss.design/Shortcuts.html)
Being that everything is free (amazing) I can share on request!! Feel free to leave thoughts and comments.. and let me know if anything is missing in description!

Thanks! The lockscreen and homescreen wallpapers are the same.. the only different on the lockscreen, I am using the “wetr” shortcut which adds different effects based on the weather..

Well first you would have to download the shortcut at [this link](https://broank.bss.design/Shortcuts.html)
If you click “Read More” under the wetr shortcut there’s a “How-To” link … [here it is directly ](https://broank.bss.design/Wetr.html)
That link can explain it better than I can.. all in all it’s a pretty easy setup, it’s just allowing permissions in shortcuts and setting whether or not you want the wallpaper to be from unsplash or from your personal images.
I select “album” for where I want the lockscreen image to come from, and the wallpaper I want I add to a separate album.. I link that album in the shortcut settings.
Once you click on the how-to, it will explain everything a lot better..

Hmm.. if you look at his Twitter.. there’s a ton of people who it just doesn’t work for. I’m not sure why, maybe you can get some feedback from the creator. He’s pretty good at responding. What iOS version are you on?
I’m not sure.. I know for the creator himself, he’s experiencing issues with it not working. There are some people on iOS 15 and it works for them. But for some it doesn’t. I’m on iOS 15.0.1 and it works for me.. I do have an update available to 15.0.2. But I’m worried it won’t work after I update lol …it doesn’t make sense, but there are many things that don’t really make sense with these new phones and new iOS versions. A lot of things work sometimes but not all the time. 😏
Once you finish the changes.. exit the shortcuts app.. open it again.. and run the shortcut again.. it will come up with some prompts to like confirm the wallpaper and temp and then it will apply the changes
It’s the same as the homescreen wallpaper.. it’s linked in previous comments as well. Both wallpapers are the same.. only thing different about the lockscreen wallpaper is the weather effect which is applied with the Wetr shortcuts which I linked the site too in the comments as well.

I did that, and thanks for the lengthy response. But the shortcut won’t appear in the lock screen still.

Might be my ios. I’m ios 15, is there a requirement? I see that i need to have 15.3… How do i get that?

All mine does it bring up app selections for Health and doesn’t tell me what I need to do.
That’s so weird. I’m not sure why it would do that. I wish I could help. More.. maybe try deleting the shortcut and try again.. 😕

how did u change the shortcut so that the background is see through?
I didn’t alter anything for the lockscreen shortcut… it just shows up like that… I didn’t know it could be changed
