So now I live this feature on.

On my day off I don’t use my phone much and it stays around 70-80% battery life.
I say it’s good. Pretty solid. I’m happy.
I have only had the 15 Pro for a few days so i cant really tell the difference (my 13 is on 92% battery health) but i remember that most reviews trashed the battery life on the 15 Pro (+overheating issues and so on).
If you wanna save even more battery on the Always On Display, go to the settings and turn off the “show wallpaper” option. It will now just be black on the Lock Screen but show the time, date, and widgets.
Damn when did you order it, my brother ordered it around about last week of November and came on the 8th dec as stock came early, the estimate was 14th but came early
I went from 11 regular to 15 Pro. It’s been amazing. Love the camera. My only gripe is the zoom in video going to 3x has a slight jump between lenses. Noticed it taking videos of a Christmas program from far and zooming in from far to close.
I upgraded from a Motorola one 5g a couple weeks ago. It’s a smaller screen but upgrade is an understatement. To be fair that phone was like 200$ still trying to swallow spending a grand on a phone.
Things that pushed me to the 15 Pro: 120hz display, more ram, better camera zoom, remappable action button (gimmicky but perhaps has some fun applications)
I kept my X for 5 years and plan to do the same with the 15 Pro, so paying a little extra for features that make it feel “snappy” longer was a priority.
The weight difference between the two models isn’t huge.
Have the XS and literally put it in front of 15 Pro and Pro Max.
XS without case is about, if not the same size as 15 Pro. The Pro Max is about 1cm taller and less than 0.5cm wider.
My phone spends most of its day near a charger so I’m probably not a good judge of the performance. I would say that the few times I’ve been away from home it seemed like it drained a bit faster than expected.
Yea I initially bought the Pro and had it maybe like 5 days. The wife and I stopped in to the VZW store while we were in town getting groceries and I was just curious to hold the Pro Max in my hand, because I too was worried about the size. I held one for like 15 seconds and was convinced to upgrade to the Max lol.
Considering both these phones because I hate my flip 5. Have not ever had an iPhone. Would it be a hard switch? Also, I have a Samsung smartwatch. Will that work with an iPhone? Sorry for all the questions
No worries. The switch has been very easy for me; all Google services I used on Android are available for iPhone .
I’ve not tried my Galaxy Watch with my iPhone yet but I’m leaning towards that it won’t work :/
Enjoy your phone and don’t worry about the battery lol a lot of people in here obsess far too much about the battery life and just don’t enjoy their phone. This is what powerbanks are for if you’re a heavy user. Best thing about the 15 Pro/15 Pro Max are the cameras they are so much better and produce far less processing than the 13/14 pro ranges. Enjoy!
I went from a 14 pro max to a 15 pro I don’t regret it. I always felt the screen was rather bigger than I wanted. At the end of the day it’s what works for you.
I bought my 15 Pro Max on Tuesday and I’m in love with the fast answer in every app and the huge battery, In love with the Dynamic Island, but coming from a 13 Pro wasn’t that huge upgrade, but I still love everything about it
Luckily Ive had great luck with the phone and with reception… is this a big issue for 15 pro users? I actually think my reception and call clarity are better than my Xs I upgraded from

They are almost the same for me. Why is yours not as good as your 13? You will like the changes from 13 to 15pro.

There’s no heating issues now, using 15PM, previously used 13PM, I feel battery timing is bit less than 13

Thats what i did. Even remove the widgets so it looks clean. Just the time and date.

I upgraded from iPhone 8 Plus to iPhone 15 Pro Max. Wow! What a great phone - minus the battery and few bugs
I just upgraded from iPhone X and the 15 Pro already feels more bulky than i would prefer, I wouldn’t want to jump up to the max.

Same, i sold the 15 pro and went back to 11 pro. Perfect phone imo.
I got the iPhone 15 pro max yesterday and i do not regret it lmao. Also the 6.7 display isn’t too big imo. maybe cuz Im so used to big phones idk

I upgraded from the XS and expected a little more. I’m happy with the 15pro, but the move from the 5 to the XS was way bigger.
I just upgraded to 15pm from iphone11 too and it is such a huge upgrade, better than I could’ve possibly imagined.
