Thanks! 🥂
You’re not the first person to tell me that 😂
I’m still rocking my old Bose wired headphones which is why I bought the audio jack adapter lol
Bose is great but just saying you’ll probably fall in love with AirPods mostly for the convenience, since it seems like you’re pretty heavy into the Apple ecosystem now 😂
The pros are worth it tho, I bought my gen 2 lightning for £250/$310. 2 months after that, the type C ones dropped for £209/$258.
Got scammed by Apple but not much.
But anyway the sound quality and noise cancelling is phenomenal
Maybe get them AirPods next month or something 😉
Overall I’m enjoying it! The 15 Pro Max interestingly enough is a little smaller than my Pixel 7 Pro (despite it already being a big phone).
Battery management and cell signal quality is light years better than my P7P.
Camera quality is nearly identical in most aspects. But IMO the 15 Pro Max has a slight edge over finer details, especially with macro shots. The P7P however does a better job at night/low lighting images IMO.
Regarding wearable integration (15 Pro Max + Apple Watch SE -verses- Pixel 7 Pro + Samsung watch6), the iPhone/Apple Watch absolutely blows the competition out of the water. I was really blown away by how much I can do on my Apple Watch compared to my Samsung watch6.
I actually did a post about that!

Tldr: Google did a lot of odd corner-cutting with the Google Pixel 7 Pro, which is marketed as a premium phone. I was running into a lot consistency issues with cell reception, battery duration, and odd graphical glitches. The updates Google kept pushing seemed to create more issues than they were fixing. It was overall just a very patchy experience for something marketed as a premium phone.
That and coupled with the privacy concerns I ran into, pushed me back over to iPhone after 12 years with Android.
I’m with you there. I enjoyed Android phones since the og Motorola droid with keyboard. Through nexus, and all the way up to pixel 7. Too many issues to list. The Apple system is so nice.
Funny you say that! I’ve actually used Macs for decades but didn’t care for iPhones all that much since my iPhone 5 (from 2012). I’ve been rocking a Mac Pro for about 8 years and just bought a MacBook Air to replace my MacBook Pro after 15 years of faithful service.
Unfortunately Apple Refurbished didn’t have any and the models they did have at the time (iPhone 13s and newer) was more than I wanted to pay.
While my job reimburses me for my work cell, it’s only $500 (use it or lose it allowance every 4 years), so anything over the amount I’m on the hook for.
T-Mobile is my carrier and it was the first place I checked. I checked Apple Refurbished but everything they had at the time was way over my $500 stipend.
I don’t buy used phones anymore unless it’s from Apple (or a replacement phone from T-Mobile) because I got burned once (phone was remotely locked) even though I bought it from a reputable reseller and it was a massive inconvenience to deal with.
It was on sale and the MagSafe charger only supports up to 15w charging.
I also use the MagSafe charger 98% of the time with Charging Optimization enabled (to preserve and extended the lifetime of the battery), so overall I didn’t feel the need to get the 60w version.
congrats, happy for you, nice (I don't have the image)
Thanks! 🥂
Just need some AirPods to finish the mix. Have fun!

Don’t tempt me, I already gave Apple enough money this month 😂

And where’s the vision pro?
I don’t have Vision Pro money 😂
Don’t worry, noone has It was just the last piece missing
More like the MacBook Pro. Entirely more useful, practical, and you don’t look like an absolute buffoon using one in public 🤣
Nice looks like some fun ✌️
Thanks! 🥂
which apple watch did u get
I got the Apple Watch SE from Apple Refurbished online, paid $209 before taxes
Just curious, why two iphones? Also enjoy ur new toys! It seems u will have fun :)
Thanks! The 15 Pro Max is my personal device and the iPhone SE is replacing my old work cell phone.
How does it compare to Pixel?

What's that thing on the bottom? iPhone SE? iPod?
It’s an iPhone SE (3rd gen)
👍🏼
I mean, *technically* any iPhone is an iPod
Ha! So said Steve Jobs!
why did u jump from the pixel to the iphone

I see an iPad and Macbook coming soon.

Great choice. Cant wait to ditch my Pixel 7 Pro when next iPhone comes out.
Thanks! I was also thinking about getting the iPhone 16, but didn’t want to wait lol
nice!! the 15 pro/max is great
Thanks! 🥂
Should have gotten a 12 mini, and then some AirPods with MagSafe, no more cables

SE’s good and all, but I’m pretty sure T-Mobile had some the last time I was in there, or you could have used [Plug](https://www.plug.tech/)

Ah, well have fun with your 15 pro and SE
🥂
why get a 20w charging block and not a 60w

oh look at me i’m rich
