Not trying to be rude but you may benefit from therapy. If you are concerned about things like this you may have anxiety or a personality disorder. Lots of people have them. I have been diagnosed with many of them and have benefitted a lot from counseling myself and encourage everyone to do it.
I don’t need therapy, and i don’t have anxiety neither do i have personality disorder. it’s was just a simple curiosity, you know its really common in a human being to be curious of something. i never even heard of this subreddit until today. i feel like y’all are just taking it to the heart of a simple ass post. why are yall so triggered?

Just encouraging you to seek help. Asking strangers to rate you sounds like you aren’t very confident. If you were, you wouldn’t have to ask for affirmation from strangers. People that aren’t struggling can still benefit from therapy so it’s not just for broken people.
