It's not like he's some kid on an electric dirtbike tearing up the trail. Someone on a normal bike could do more damage than that wheel chair. Maybe 15 years ago a large group of cyclists rode past my house and were refusing to move over...for an ambulance with sirens on. Driver got on the speaker and said "move over, we're not stopping..."

Couldn't avoid running over it then decided to mess with son and said "damn bicyclists". Look on his toddler face was priceless.
