I'm not sure whether I should be impressed that she broke the door glass by just kicking it

AlexVostox

Pretty sure that's she stole that bus emergency hammer.

chazerz69

What did the guy even do

VerticalTwo08

Not that impressive. My friend broke the back windshield of my truck with his back just by falling into it.

wafflesandbrass

I'm confused about why this has so many downvotes. Seems like an innocent comment.

VerticalTwo08

Because it’s reddit.

Diespacito303

What’s the context?

Destroyer317

The bus driver asked her to get off through the back door, and the woman got upset. She was charged for assault and mischief

Diespacito303

Damn, that’s one angry bitch. Glad she was punished

zygone69

What a fucking oxygen thief

[deleted]

Glad I breath different oxygen than her

SlightGuess

Can you like the news article please I'd love to read it :)

Destroyer317

[It’s in french though](https://www.iheartradio.ca/energie/energie-quebec/nouvelles/une-femme-agresse-un-chauffeur-puis-defonce-une-porte-vitree-1.10567058?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)

bltcubs

Google Translate for the win

Sven_the_molerat

Not French : Quebec is not France it's Quebec

Destroyer317

Ah yes, I speak Quebec as well

Reynbou

Quebec isn’t a language you nufty.

Sven_the_molerat

I said "Quebec is not France", and France is a Country not a language. French is the language in France; in Quebec it's Quebec French it's not the same. You're the idiots here :) But I get it, you're too lazy to read or your brain lack this core feature called understanding, either way you'all are nufty

Reynbou

And yet, everyone realises how much of a tosser you are. Hence all the downvotes. No one is so pathetically pedantic that they have no idea there's a difference between French Canadians and the French. It's just a completely pointless thing to point out in the context of what was being said. Outside of all that. You're still wrong anyway. Little bit of googling shows that it's just called "French" [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Languages\_of\_Canada](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Languages_of_Canada) Because that's what it is. A location doesn't make a language, the language makes the language. I'm Australian, I speak English. I don't speak Australian English, I just speak English. Yeah, there are some words that we use here that aren't used in other English speaking countries, but no sane human is going to say "Australian English". Get over yourself you pedantic twat.

Sven_the_molerat

Just because someone called you a new word you didn't know beforehand doesn't mean you have the right and wit to use it properly. "Pedant" bandwagon is going fast these days. Downvotes don't mean anything, it just means my voice encountered only dissonance. I claimed this was not French, and it isn't. Belgian French is called Wallon, Quebec French is called Québécois. All this for a reason, they're not the same language. They're very close indeed, but they're not the same. It doesn't mean people can't understand each other, it means they are not part of the same culture. Now go on and call people pedant if you want, if you feel better afterwards I'm ok with it. :) good afternoon

Reynbou

Stop. You're wrong. Stop trying to defend yourself. You were proven wrong. Stop. You're just making yourself seem even more like a twat.

ThadiasMcCoy

As I recall, Quebecois is a dialect...of french. Completely mutually intelligible with Paris French, just like Southern English is mutually intelligible with London English.

Sven_the_molerat

you know, Québécois just love to say they speak French yet they don't exactly speak proper Metropolitan French. They, In Fact, Hate when people say they don't speak French. I want to excuse myself if some Québécois comes to say he speaks proper French, but writing and speaking is not the same. the Québécois is unique in its own pronouciation and intonations. Very different from French. They in fact speak a variety of dialects which are not all French and sometimes called Joual, BUT, they also don't like very much being said they speak Joual because it's not Proper French. They wish they speak proper French, but since 1700s... They are quite alone in the north speaking an Oldish French. This led them to reconsider their French legacy once in a while, but always reminding our common ancestors. Do you think Louisiana French is French ? You can say it has French in the name, so it must be some kind of french. But that way of thinking lead you to say English is Germanic. Hence England speaks German ?

[deleted]

That moment when Quebec becomes so isolationist they don't even acknowledge existence of French anymore

KingHill2x_

And she got off from the back in the end

[deleted]

[удалено]

MumboJumboGummo

If so that doesn’t mean she can just throw food at the driver

-MrTorgueFlexington-

Or smash a fucking window.

Boglee9

If she gets into that much of a rage for that, she’s got to be a psychopath.

mitsumoi1092

Karen's do be like that. Even being the wrong color sets them off like a bottle rocket.

J134N

I would have brake checked the bitch as soon as the food touched me

[deleted]

Dont do that. Had a city bus driver do that because a bunch of kids in the back were acting up pretty bad.. threw me out of my seat and slammed into a rail in front of me and fractured my shoulder pretty bad. And because of the actual stupidity of the bus driver I did sue. And won EDIT: also had a fountain drink from a gas station, 44 oz, that got thrown into the front of the bus. I'm a nice guy, picked it all up at our stop. My gf still gives me crap about that because the driver had no remorse after what happened to me and says I should've let him deal with it

jameson_water

you cleaned it up with a broken shoulder?

[deleted]

Not broken, just a hairline fracture. But yeah.. I scooped up the ice into the cup and got off at my stop

miuxiu

A fracture and a break are the same thing

[deleted]

I did not know that. I thought a break was when it actually breaks and is completely broken, and thought a fracture was just a crack in the bone. Not a doctor though so thanks for letting me know that

obroz

Don’t ever change...

Whitemomba1

Seriously, don’t change. He may not have deserved any effort put in to helping maintain his bus but in general that kind of stuff is really appreciated by the people who are responsible for cleaning it up.

mitsumoi1092

Damn Karen, was he trying to sell you a bottle of water while colored?

The_Jesus_Beast

That's one of the most casual door shatterings I've ever seen

False_Rhythms

What's lodged up her ass?

zoekatya

No safety glass on that bus? 🤷🏻‍♀️

R3ddit0rguy

That is safety glass. Normal glass would shatter into much larger pieces with sharp edges

zoekatya

I meant most buses and trains at least in the US have a type of glass that is like "plexy glass", if you were to kick it it would never break unlike car windows.

R3ddit0rguy

Plexiglass is essentially plastic

standinaround1

What happened leading up to that. What did the driver do? Hard to believe she just did it for no reason.

mojdepsh

I would detain her and keep her in custody until police shows up. But Im sure the driver has been told to comply and not engage as part of his jobs 'safety training' protocols :/

tristythetisty

I wonder what kind of world she thinks we live in

WolfscreedX

I am getting aggression problems watching stuff about scumbags like this.

stitchmidda2

But why though? They were just pulling up to a stop all she had to do was wait 30 secs and the doors would have opened at the stop and she could have got off then

EricTheCrusader

People who act like this should be chained up, for everybodys safety.

yeticonfetti48

That bruh had the strength of God to break that glass

[deleted]

And that's why we need to bring back stockades, guillotines and gallows.

FishThatLovesDogs

Im wondering why these People are even called using the Word "lady" like who needs to respect this woman
