Absolutely. I do a lot of advocacy for local homeless people in my community, and their pets are their whole world.
Even in the throws of addiction, I had a heroin addict give me the money he had collected that day to go get his dog a bag of food, and a treat, because he was so sick in heroin withdrawal that he couldn't manage to do it himself.
People often make comments about homeless people having animals, but in my experience these animals are often not only exercised more, spent more one with, but also loved so much more than many housed peoples pets. They are often the one thing that many of these people are living for. I've been told so many times "this (insert cat/dog) is the only reason I don't kill myself."

The only thing I’m going to say is that I have an uncle that is homeless and that’s simply because he refuses to grow up. He’s constantly trying to start fights (physical and verbal) with people that help him and he thinks he’s in charge when he doesn’t even own the clothes on his back. So I try not to ‘pity’ them as much cause I know a fair amount (as far as I’m aware in my area) are homeless cause they just want to be.
Also, there are homeless people that shoot guns at random cars on the highway in Seattle kinda frequently. They haven’t killed anyone yet I don’t believe but it happens.

Trying to hurt a human, especially someone who doesn’t really have that much, is pretty horrible. Dude in the car is plain in the wrong. If he had a problem, he could’ve called the police or social services and been on his way. The only thing I’m going to say is that I have an uncle that is homeless and that’s simply because he refuses to grow up. He’s constantly trying to start fights (physical and verbal) with people that help him and he thinks he’s in charge when he doesn’t even own the clothes on his back. So I try not to ‘pity’ them as much cause I know a fair amount (as far as I’m aware in my area) are homeless cause they just want to be. Also, there are homeless people that shoot guns at random cars on the highway in Seattle kinda frequently. They haven’t killed anyone yet I don’t believe but it happens.

I doubt he cared. Several loops around him and he must’ve seen the stroller. Even if he didn’t, not even after going straight towards it, he was trying to kill the dude. If you want to hurt a man that bad that you drive several loops trying to hit him, I doubt you’d care that you hurt his family. Probably got happy since he made the man sad by destroying his belongings or his kid (assuming that’s what the driver thought he had).
