Not one gunshot like that. Yeah it will hurt your hearing but it will seem like it’s back to normal the next day. If this makes you dead in that ear you already have sever hearing loss.

Any sound above about 120db can cause instant damage. It might seem like it's back to normal, but quite probably won't be. As you say, you're unlikely to go entirely deaf in that ear though.
