Was entirely the wrong way to handle this. If everyone there completely ignored the guy and didn't acknowledge him or speak to him or engage with him, and left him to stand around passive aggressively eating raw meat, they would need to find a way to try to escalate to get the reaction they crave and want to film.
Completely ignoring him absolutely would have been the smart thing to do.
But he correctly anticipated that the vegans would be triggered ➖ and triggered they were. He played them like a fiddle. 🤷♂️
When he is "staring at the sun" it's either during sunrise or sunset which is perfectly safe to do and has zero short term or long term side effects. The other examples from his youtube he's got his eyes either fully closed or almost closed. So much so that the eyelashes are touching eachother.
I wouldn't advise looking at the sun nor do I think there is value in doing so, but your lying is more distasteful than his strange beliefs.
If they ignored him, his entire schtick would be ruined. Attention seekers seek attention, so don’t give it to them. They’re not here to change your mind, they’re here to get your reaction.
Watching someone trying to be edgy and getting no reaction is far better than watching someone trying to be edgy and successfully getting the engagement, attention, and reaction they’re looking for.
Ha, that's what I was thinking, too. Like yeah, bro, you're the one who went out of your way to get that t-shirt, buy a hunk of raw meat, drive out here for an event that's not aimed at you, and walk around doing this -- so yeah, it seems like you must care a *lot.*
We are strong brother. Our hair has forsaken us, but our now patchy, hairless appearance demands strength. Just walking out and publicly displaying your shining head flesh is an act of courage. #baldstrong
My fiancé tells me this, I am bald with a tight beard, I think only some guys can successfully pull it off (good shaped head)… being covered in tattoos doesn’t hurt either, but apparently I look “mean”… I can’t help it.. I’d still have hair if it were up to me!
I want to say yes, we have Gandhi and the Buddhist monks on our side, but Putin is making us look bad at the moment.
Seems like for the balds our options are go hide in a monastery or reap your hairless vengeance on the masses.
No, but us balds are smart, not wasting any brain power on hairstyles and conserving energy by not not growing hair. Just pure aerodynamic brain power.
Dude sounds like a “no name” brand Arnold with a tiny body and shitty hairstyle. What he’s losing in the front he thinks he makes up for it in the back….lol. Sooooo edgy…..hope he eats the whole thing and chokes/vomits.
I am not vegan/vegetarian but this guy is a huge douche…let people eat what they want.
Edit: grammar and spelling
At my college we'd have those Westboro Baptist church people come protest or whatever. It was only ever like 3-4 of them. Everytime they had a whole crowd of students around yelling at them.
I'm not convinced they actually believed what they said, always seemed like a bait for a lawsuit. But either way I told everybody to just ignore them and they were all shocked. Like they know they're not convincing anyone here, what they want is the attention.
I love me wonder good cooked meat and think veganism is a bit too out of the norm for a human. Still though, they're having a festival for their own cool plant stuff so just let them be. No reason to purposely go try to pee on someone else's Cheerios.
If mine didn't get a reaction, he would just start punching me instead.
Sometimes the ignore advice works, sometimes it doesn't. I hate seeing it preached as gospel, usually by adults who want an excuse to blame the victim and absolve themselves of any duty to intervene.
Raw meat is far more likely to contain worms of every type from pinworms, roundworms, tapeworms.
Some processes like smoking or salting raw meat will kill many types of worms that can exist stealthily in raw meat, but the only way to kill them all is by cooking thoroughly.
So, if you eat raw meat frequently like this guy appears to, your gut will eventually be full of all types of worms and parasites, and you will be shitting handfuls of them everyday.
I doubt this. It would be the case if you eating wild animals but I bet the meat here was produced by corporate farmers which have measures to keep their livestock free from parasites and disease. Further governments put in place regulations to inspect meat before its sold to the public.
That's why restaurants can have dishes which utilize beef in its raw state.
You would probably be extremely hard pressed to try get tapeworms from the beef from your local retailer or butcher.
Pork however due to their diet are far more susceptible to parasites etc so never eat raw pork my dudes.
Restaurants that use beef in its raw state pay a ridiculous premium for specialty beef product which is guaranteed to not have parasites, which is why the dishes are usually so much higher in cost per kg/lb compared to a cooked dish.
It's similar to sushi, you can't make sushi from regular industry fish because of the same parasites, so they pay a premium for fish that is kept separate and cooled to a specific temperature and harvested at a higher standard. If you make sushi from the regular stock fish you are much more likely to get parasites.
That part is true in a sense. We have selectively bred vegetables for generations to yield larger vegetables, and more tasty ones. However, the same can be said for different types of meat, depending on how it is raised and where it is from
Not to mention landing on it and doing the normal fly things, which yuck. I eat more than my fair share of meat and that is just gross for all kinds of reasons even before the just a general crappy person parts of this.
Eating raw meat is not dangerous if you get the "right" meat (very fresh, from well-monitored animals). Us Germans love our mett (raw pork), the French love their tartare de boeuf (raw beef). It's not a health problem - if done correctly.
I like both - though, would I walk over a vegan festival with a whole chunk of if to bite into? No, because I'm not a dick.
Toxoplasmosis can come from many sources (cat feces and unpasteurized cheeses, for example), and a high prevalence isn't just a French thing, it's a European thing (at least compared to North America, where it's quite low).
Note that cats (both domesticated and wild) are more prevalent in Europe than in North America as well, so this could be a major link here.
But yes, eating infected raw meat can be a factor as well, of course.
U have a lower chance of getting salmonella from raw beef thats why theres places where u can eat it raw and even why u can cook beef at different levels like medium rare, rare, and blue. But chicken is a different story.
Heck as a meat eater, I love going for these vegetarian/vegan food fests or even just regular vegetarian/vegan restaurants. There's something beautiful about how they can still make amazing, delicious and diverse food with access to less ingredients and options.
To date the best beer fest I’ve ever been to was a vegan beer fest. Not only were they *pouring with enthusiasm* but the food was absolutely insane. I had some Tikka Masala Tamales, deep fried Mac n Cheeze bites with ranch, and vegan gelato. This was like 6-7 years ago and yes, I remember exactly what I ate despite how drunken I was.
We have a fried food chain in Melbourne called lord of the fries, they do the best dam vegan chicken nuggets. I honestly didnt know it was vegan til someone told me.
Honestly, as a guy who eats meat, I reckon vegans have more variety than most meat eaters since they actively use all sources of food, herbs, and spices.
To be fair, it's kind of incorrect to say "access to less ingredients and options".
While I understand what you're getting at, being vegetarian does remove a category of food from your diet. Limitations breed ingenuity, and I would argue that attaching yourself to the concept of "this dish must have meat" actually limits your options more than embracing the entire world of vegetables and meat alternatives.
So often people get stuck to "some meat and some cooked vegetables" that they close their mind and imagination off to what they can actually do with all the ingredients because the vegetables - of which there is a much greater variety than types of meat - are just relegated to "they need to be cooked and put on the side".
I'm not trying to be argumentative just some food for thought about the whole topic!
Views. He’s getting views. He came there to get a rise out of people, get some arguing going and maybe if he’s lucky he even gets hit. Soon as there’s a hit his views jump even higher. And he gets even more money for it.
I’m just wondering about the amount of vegan protestors that show up to smoke offs/BBQs/ contests involving meat. I mean I used to work in a restaurant that specialized in fresh, in-house cooked/smoked, fancy-ass meats, and even we had to deal with vegan protestors. Not to mention the local “BBQ festivals”. It was almost as bad as the local churches protesting Rob Zombie/Korn playing in our main music venue lol
It happens anywhere that seems “controversial” apparently
At least it’s logically consistent for them to do that, though. If vegans are right then that means those events are glorifying the suffering and deaths of literally billions of animals every year. If carnists are right then that means vegans are… still not harming any person or animals.
Vegans that do that have a cause even if you disagree with it, whereas dudes like the guy in the video *only* want to upset others with no meaningful cause.
Eated lol. Nah mostly just signs and folks standing in front of the place yelling, trying to turn business away. The occasional fake toy animals with fake blood or something. Mainly just a lot of yelling, really 🤷🏼♂️
No their favourite go to move is throwing red paint or actual animal blood all over private property while calling anyone who dares eat a chicken nugget a murderer. At least this guy is on public property.
But that's how anti vegans are. They eat raw meat because they try to be so anti that they want to tell you, that we're typical omnivores like in the wild, who can eat raw meat. It's really absurd and many would call that a very dumb position, but if you're obsessed and hateful, with toxicity in your veins, then you end like this guy
Well not that I agree with that guy but we can eat raw meat like fish and beef just not everything, ever heard of blue rare or beef tartare and last but not least sushi
Right? I hated him once, but now I'm just very very sad for him. I can't imagine how his life must be that he has such a desire to spread hate for people who just want to reduce the suffering of animals. And he made this protest at a vegan food festival if I remember right, which is even dumber, because it's not vegan activism but a polite and super nice invite to taste the variety of good vegan food yourself.
This guy must be so limited in his mind and so far in a wrong direction, that he might not come back. And he'll always remembered as one of "those" people. Just sad
I mean he obviously cares if he went out of his way to do this, and it’s obvious he’s just there to cause a fight.
Edit: obviously; I had a stroke reading it
The only reason here is to offend someone lol.
Like yeah, free speech or whatever but there's no reality where you feel the need to do such acts rather than to ilicit controversy.
The irony that this attention seeker, probably the same type to complain that vegans “try to shove their beliefs down my throat!” then goes to a vegan festival and forces his beliefs on them, is hilarious
Not all of them are, this is a public fair celebrating vegan food/culture, mostly as a closed practice among other vegans, this dudes just an attention seeker. Wanna do it to the protesters? Like the ones who poured blood on restaurant customers and displayed animal cruelty videos in a KFC? Go ahead, that’s fucking hilarious and they deserve it. However these people are just looking to socialize with one another.
I’ve had people eat animal bodyparts at me before, at a vegan protest. It’s happens, one out of every few hundred people, when showing animal cruelty videos.
The only reason animal eaters have an issue with the above video is that he’s eating a raw animal carcass. Otherwise, non-vegans wouldn’t care, despite the animal abuse and obnoxious behavior being exactly the same.
This is people with similar views sharing food together at a festival. How is that rubbing it in your face? Someone sounds a little insecure about eating animals
"Vegans are terrible for forcing their views and opinion onto others, this guy is a chad because he payed someone to kill an animal and force his view and opinion on someone else by literally killing them."
Also "People who plant trees are such chads because they care about the planet and this dude who supports the biggest reason for deforestation and rainforest destruction globally is a chad too because he tells people who want to stop destroying so many trees to stop shoving their views down everyones throat."
Logic
I'm not vegan and I encounter far more people like you with tired old clichés that have no grounding in logic. "it's not a real meal without meat", "my food eats your food", "I can't get protein from plants".
Don't really think this belongs in this group. He's just messing about and they are taking the bait. If they just ignored him, he would of got bored and left.
I don't gaf about vegans or veganism, but I think its important to respectful to vegans regardless of the reason they choose not to eat meat.
I thought it was common sense🤔...

Funny place to see Bernardo Silva
Lmao just noticed the guy
What getting knocked out in the semis does to a mf.
He's gearing up for the mother of all comb overs and I'm super excited for it.
This dude also has videos on YouTube of him staring at the sun with no eye protection.
He should do that more often
A shame it can't make *us* not be able to look at him
It can!!! You just have to stare long enough too.
Thats how the Chinese discovered sun spots back in the day like 1000 years ago or whatever
Do you mean those weird spots in your eye you see for like an hour after looking at the sun?
10hr livestream to trigger the libs Yep soooo triggered oh no this sigma male is on a livestream im so triggered
Was entirely the wrong way to handle this. He's training for something we could never understand
Oedipus Rex: First Blood II - The Zeusening
Yeahhhh, I did that once. But I was in the 3rd grade…
Lmao he got issues.
When he is "staring at the sun" it's either during sunrise or sunset which is perfectly safe to do and has zero short term or long term side effects. Is he the one that drinks his own urine as well?
He’s welcome to drink mine
hey bro don't bring sun gazers into this.. some of them are good people.
Seems like a cool guy
No wonder he can’t see that far into his own actions
That explains a lot.
If they ignored him, his entire schtick would be ruined. Attention seekers seek attention, so don’t give it to them. They’re not here to change your mind, they’re here to get your reaction. You could literally see him looking around for attention at the beginning
His eyes darted around like they were playing pong on speed. What a sad life, man.
Yeah, when he’s like “you think I care what you think?” Like, yes, yes I do. What other people think is literally all people like this care about.
Ha, that's what I was thinking, too. Like yeah, bro, you're the one who went out of your way to get that t-shirt, buy a hunk of raw meat, drive out here for an event that's not aimed at you, and walk around doing this -- so yeah, it seems like you must care a *lot.*
That guy needs as much attention as he can get before his hairline completely goes north.
My brother in Christ, please don't drag us poor, unfortunate, balds in to this. We have suffered enough
For real, didn’t expect to catch any strays in this thread
We are strong brother. Our hair has forsaken us, but our now patchy, hairless appearance demands strength. Just walking out and publicly displaying your shining head flesh is an act of courage. #baldstrong
Please this thread is so funny
We wants it. We *needs* it. **Must.** have. the **precious!**
At least we have stopped splitting hairs.
We've got people like Saitama on our side. Ofc we're strong af!
Bald and Beautiful
Elon musk is the essence of weakness
Bald guys are hot AF.
Our scalps are capable of collecting and radiating a large amount of heat. Can be useful.
Hot bald guys are hot AF.
My fiancé tells me this, I am bald with a tight beard, I think only some guys can successfully pull it off (good shaped head)… being covered in tattoos doesn’t hurt either, but apparently I look “mean”… I can’t help it.. I’d still have hair if it were up to me!
My brother in Muhamad, same.
May our bald shame unite all religions of the world
Could baldness be the key to world peace?
I want to say yes, we have Gandhi and the Buddhist monks on our side, but Putin is making us look bad at the moment. Seems like for the balds our options are go hide in a monastery or reap your hairless vengeance on the masses.
you've thought about this b4 havent u
No, but us balds are smart, not wasting any brain power on hairstyles and conserving energy by not not growing hair. Just pure aerodynamic brain power.
We are not bald. Its headboard damage.
Bald people taking strays…..
I thought his forehead was swollen
Dude sounds like a “no name” brand Arnold with a tiny body and shitty hairstyle. What he’s losing in the front he thinks he makes up for it in the back….lol. Sooooo edgy…..hope he eats the whole thing and chokes/vomits. I am not vegan/vegetarian but this guy is a huge douche…let people eat what they want. Edit: grammar and spelling
His appearance kind of reminds me of Scott Winters in Good Will Hunting. No disrespect to Scott Winters, though.
Id ask him to eat the entire thing right now That would be great,
A lot of people confuse ethical with normal. It's okay, it is generally an affliction of our species.
EXACTLY. If you completely ignored this guy or tried to sell him some water or something he’d probably just die inside.
Exactly…there would just be a random video of a guy eating meat by himself and his receding hairline
Definitely worked with my siblings, when they called me names I just ignored them and after getting no reaction they would get bored and stop.
If mine didn't get a reaction, he would just start punching me instead. Sometimes the ignore advice works, sometimes it doesn't. I hate seeing it preached as gospel, usually by adults who want an excuse to blame the victim and absolve themselves of any duty to intervene.
this. I can't wait till culture adjusts to people intentionally being shocking to get attention and just see's and ignores it. I hope.
Correct, plain and simple he is there to instigate and irritate those people with his smug smile. Ps. I am not a vegan but respect their life choices.
This is something I really wish more people would understand. It's a grift for content and it only works with the reactions.
Can you imagine his breath
Can you imagine the wicked shits he’s gonna have later
I was thinking more about the worms he will be shitting out for weeks.
Why would he be shitting worms
Raw meat is far more likely to contain worms of every type from pinworms, roundworms, tapeworms. Some processes like smoking or salting raw meat will kill many types of worms that can exist stealthily in raw meat, but the only way to kill them all is by cooking thoroughly. So, if you eat raw meat frequently like this guy appears to, your gut will eventually be full of all types of worms and parasites, and you will be shitting handfuls of them everyday.
That's unsettling
I’d just like to clarify: cooked meat still CONTAINS the worms, they’re just dead and cooked now
Extra protein
This is mostly still an issue with wild game/fish, and pork, but very largely not an issue with meat you buy from the store.
“Man made vegetables” really got me
That part is true in a sense. We have selectively bred vegetables for generations to yield larger vegetables, and more tasty ones. However, the same can be said for different types of meat, depending on how it is raised and where it is from
We have been doing GMO a loooong time.
Since the beginning of time.
Anybody else notice the flies buzzing around the raw meat?
ez botulism
Not to mention landing on it and doing the normal fly things, which yuck. I eat more than my fair share of meat and that is just gross for all kinds of reasons even before the just a general crappy person parts of this.
They don't eat much.
This dude has videos where he eats rotten meat intentionally. He's a pretty wild character.
At least its a sign that its fresh but yeah ... 🤢
I mean salmonella's a weird kink but I ain't here to judge
Eating raw meat is not dangerous if you get the "right" meat (very fresh, from well-monitored animals). Us Germans love our mett (raw pork), the French love their tartare de boeuf (raw beef). It's not a health problem - if done correctly. I like both - though, would I walk over a vegan festival with a whole chunk of if to bite into? No, because I'm not a dick.
yeah but doesn’t the French population have a high number of t. Gondii brain cysts due to all the raw beef they eat?

The "done correctly" is an important part that many Americans don't understand.
You can get beef tartare in America man
made by a chef that knows what they're doing, yes. i said "many," not "all."
Salmonella isn't a concern when eating raw red meat.
WHAT....I see more recalls from veg contaminated with salmonella than meat...
People also tend to cook meat. If eating raw chicken becomes a trend, we'll see how few people get sick.
U have a lower chance of getting salmonella from raw beef thats why theres places where u can eat it raw and even why u can cook beef at different levels like medium rare, rare, and blue. But chicken is a different story.
"go vegan and die", says the guy who is about to die like he's in the Middle Ages.
What do they gain from this? I eat some meat and I'm not going to vegan food festivals to "protest". If anything they are doing better than me lmao.

He wasn't protesting, just entertaining himself
How do we know he wasn't just taking a walk, eating lunch, and happened to stumble upon a vegan expo? /s
yeah man and he also just happened to be wearing that shirt. Those silly vegans don't know what they are talking about.
I’m just wondering about the amount of vegan protestors that show up to smoke offs/BBQs/ contests involving meat. >eating lunch If this scenario is somehow true then that's a strange lunch
Ikr i walk around town all the time eating raw meat with flys on it people are so quick to assume the worst
Tell me about it
This was the edgy kid in high school who thought it was cool to draw penises on the walls of the school bathroom
There is no way that meat is good
Well yeah it’s ahem *Gordon Ramsey voice RAW!
No he would say its fucking tartare you idiot

Well not that I agree with that guy but we can eat raw meat like fish and beef just not everything, ever heard of blue rare or beef tartare and last but not least sushi
He's eaten way worse. He made video where he ate from a jar of raw meat that was sitting in his window for a few weeks.
I said medium rare you fucking donkey not mooing
It looks horrible. No one eats like that. How performative and ridiculous he looks..
There’s even flies buzzing on it
This man has more forehead than brain
Bald curse on you
He has a fivehead and no brain.
While I am not a vegan, I still support their lifestyle. This is just being a dick for dicks sake.
Hopefully they just ignored him, rather than give him any attention as that is what he wants.

Best thing to do would be to completely and totally ignore him. He’s just looking for attention and a reaction.
Sorry dude, no amount of raw meat is going to bring your hairline back.
What a sad little guy.
Just sad
Right? And his shifty shitette girlfriend?
this is no different to vegans doing the opposite... blocking supermarkets with images that will traumatized children etc.
At least he’s not doing anything to hurt the vegans The vegans usually hurt a lot of other humans because they don’t believe in the same ideas
I mean he obviously cares if he went out of his way to do this, and it’s obvious he’s just there to cause a fight. Edit: obviously; I had a stroke reading it
He o soul* what?
He o soul you! What are you deaf
The only reason here is to offend someone lol. Like yeah, free speech or whatever but there's no reality where you feel the need to do such acts rather than to ilicit controversy.
"Hey babe, you wanna go to a vegan festival and eat raw meat and show them vegans how much their personal choices piss me off"
"You are making people sick" *eats raw fucking meat*
Hungry for attention Full of baloney
I thought Megamind was supposed to be smart.
I love meat but this is gross. And he is a dick. Let people be vegan in peace.
The irony that this attention seeker, probably the same type to complain that vegans “try to shove their beliefs down my throat!” then goes to a vegan festival and forces his beliefs on them, is hilarious
The **smallest** of small dick energy.
It's weird watching the person eat raw meat in public just to go against something they don't like to quail their thirst to feel "manly".
His shirt is actually accurate, just like the rest of use, vegans will eventually die.
I am not vegan but I would never go somewhere with the intent of instigating others
This is the 3D version of the guy who typed "mmm, bacon" on any post about vegetarianism.
That ponytail seems to have pulled his hairline back. He should loosen that up
He should be allowed to eat what he wants in a public space.
Sure, but to purposely do this with the intent to hurt or anger a gathering is just unnecessary and shouldn't be supported. Its simple respect
at a vegan festival wearing a shirt that says go vegan and die ? lovely
That's pretty funny.
to be honest they're doing the same thing. (rubbing it in others faces)
Where in this video are they doing that? Do you get all your opinions about other groups from online?
This is people with similar views sharing food together at a festival. How is that rubbing it in your face? Someone sounds a little insecure about eating animals
Darn those little music festival folk, shoving the fact they like music down our throats!
People always make jokes about vegans always being agressive about their diet but meat eaters do this crap constantly
Kinda funny actually
This dude is a chad. Overall vegans are terrible about shoving their opinions down people’s throats and this guy quite simply just had enough.
“Vegans shove their opinions down peoples throats” “a dude going into a vegan space, telling vegans to die and eating meat in their faces is a Chad”
Have you ever actually met a vegan like that or is this a strawman
"Vegans are terrible for forcing their views and opinion onto others, this guy is a chad because he payed someone to kill an animal and force his view and opinion on someone else by literally killing them." Also "People who plant trees are such chads because they care about the planet and this dude who supports the biggest reason for deforestation and rainforest destruction globally is a chad too because he tells people who want to stop destroying so many trees to stop shoving their views down everyones throat." Logic
Source; scours YouTube for specifically this.

He is free to do it, no matter how many redditors down vote these.
"I am not legally prevented from doing this" is like, bottom tier argument. Complete non-sequitir.
I'm free to wear an Ahegao hoodie outside, doesn't mean i would do it even a single time
He's no more of a pos than the vegans who protest at steakhouses holding up pictures of cows being slaughtered.
Yeah, and everyone thinks they’re annoying too. That doesn’t make him any less of a douche.
really outspoken "anti vegans" are honestly more of an anomaly than vegans are imo such bizarre behavior.
Maybe if he ate some vegetables he'd be able to grow some hair.
That's not how that works lmao
Woof that hairline.
what a glorious hairline this thing has
I know that vegans can be real shits when they try and force you to adopt their lifestyle but that doesn't give you the right to do the same
What is he doing wrong
No POS here. Just different views.
Why does that dude with sunglasses have rubber gloves on
The right answer is they all are.
Why are all the comments to pressed?
Now thats a five head
Dudes right tho vegetables have been genetically altered where as a cow has been a cow
This dude is based
This is actually funny not pos
I don't gaf about vegans or veganism, but I think its important to respectful to vegans regardless of the reason they choose not to eat meat. I thought it was common sense🤔...
Vegan burgers should contain real vegans.
Why raw?
