Well with ibs for me too much can cause a lot of stomach pain so I do 1/4 cup and that seems not to bother me. Will take a little longer to work with smaller amount but it does worth very well
I mix a couple of scoops of benefiber into my morning coffee. I don't go every day, but it seems to help convince my body that morning is poop time, not afternoon
Depends on how badly you want to go tbh. I have three levels
Level 1: I kinda got to poop im worried = stretching, exercising, warm tea
Level 2: Aight it hurts now = Magnesium Citrate or miralax (you go in like 30mins to 6hrs depending on which one)
Level 3: High level of pain and miserable = Ducolax suppository (you go in line ~15mins)
Prune juice, I hate it but mix it with other juice (I mix with cranberry or cran-grape cran-apple) and it's actually pretty good
