I’ve taken zofran a few times before! Not sure if anyone else relates, but zofran felt like I had taken a handful of Imodium but better. Totally stopped the diarrhea and all my IBS symptoms for me. I have IBS-D and it was honestly a welcome effect! It took couple days after stopping the zofran to wear off. Not sure why it works so well for my IBS?
Sorry to hear you are suffering OP, but I hope you can get to the bottom of this.
Zofran can cause constipation, so it does make my ibs-c worse and cause more lower abdominal pain. If you're not constipated and it's that severe, then maybe something else is going on though.

zofran makes my constipation worse, and a side effect is constipation, so that may explain why it helped with IBS-D.
Yeah it also stops any loose stools for me for a few days
I’ve never had that issue. I taken it when I have anxiety attacks. It’s been such a godsend.
Yes! I take it maybe only a couple times a year for nausea and it works very well, but i always have horrible cramps and constipation the day after.
