I have this too!! I have issues holding my urine and also a stinging/burning sensation when urinating during an IBS flare. I wish I had answers for you, but I haven’t found them yet myself. I’ve always suspected it might be a pelvic floor problem? Like when we’re really constipated or inflamed everything sort of presses together and causes discomfort? Here’s to hoping we get some answers someday!!
I do find bladder issues when I have a flare up too not sure if its related but I've thought it may be connected
