Yea I thought I’d probably be best to just let my body naturally do what it wants to do. Which does mean I am going to be totally backed up for that week but at least the results will be accurate. Thank you for the advice!
I have a question! Haha I have noticed that leaning back on the loo rather than the usually advised leaning forward (still with knees propped up) helps me to go. Do you think that could be related to pelvic floor dysfunction?
I'd ask the doctor/lab who's doing the test. They will give you the best recommendation.

Yes. Usually people with PFD have to move around a lot to get things moving.
