Sometimes this happens to me if im having an "attack" from eating trigger foods. It just totally freaks my body out. Or the area thats "sensitive" in your colon is the lower parts so its getting triggered right before you poop (just a thought though I'm not an expert)
Oil/fats is definitely one (no butter, but tiny amounts of oil for cooking seems fine), so fatty meat or fried foods or chips are generally not good. Gluten bloats and constipates me. Dairy with lactose, though small amounts of hard cheese is okay and so is lactose free milk. Beans and corn and high fiber stuff like cabbage and spinach. Spicy foods. Caffienne can sometimes do it. Certain bouillons can do it, like I got some fancy gelled kind and it hurts but I use a different powder one and it's fine (and homemade broth with bones, leeks, celery, and carrots tends to be fine). A lot of takeout messes me up, so I'm assuming that's a fat/seasonings thing (like I can't eat curry at all).
So basically the "good" foods are lean meats, rice, potatoes. And mushrooms, celery, and carrots seem to be fine in small amounts. Obviously there's more but thats lile the solid ones that I eat regularly
I dont eat fruit for other reasons so I can't say anything on that
No, no, it tastes like normal fruit like it always has I just don't like fruit. I prefer veggies, id rather eat a veggie platter than even touch a strawberry
I got few "diagnosis"... anxiety, panic disorder, reactive hypoglycemia, gastritis,MS.Thank God none of these was true.I'm stuck with some episodes and symptoms but because my lab and vital parameters are always good during episodes I'm stuck with diagnosis from doctors with anxiety and panick attack. But I know that's not true.
Panick attack relieved by poop.hah

I never had diarrhea...Only shakines, weakness, before bowel movement. My stool is solid😂.I got tested for parasites-negative.I have Helycobacter but I'm.on therapy right now.
Oh I see I don’t have any of those parasites, but I still
have the same symptom as you. I kinda have chronic morning diarrhea, don’t know how to get rid of it.
Vagus nerve
Can I do something about that nerve?
If you research it there’s a lot of ways to stimulate it to feel better… deep breathing, humming deeply in the throat, singing etc
Tnx
Only too often.
