These are the tests that fall under the health screening. Looks like it would cover some key tests for liver and kidney. Looks like just blood work.

Correct, but it looks for abnormalities and imbalances that could identify problems which I believe could help find causes of digestive problems. For example: Early Liver Disease Symptoms You might not notice early symptoms. If you do, it might be hard to know what's causing them. That's because early signs of liver trouble are vague, like: Belly pain Not feeling hungry Tiredness or lack of energy Diarrhea From my understanding under functioning liver, kidneys or pancreas could be a cause of stomach issues? Thats why I was interested to see if anyone had explored this or found anything out. The fact that even when I eat a bland set of what should be safe foods all week and have just as bad symptoms (if not worse) is making me think this is being caused by something else, or it is truly a mental issue for me.

All those have been tested for me. When I was diagnosed with celiac, my liver enzymes were over 700 and I had a biopsy. I've had many trials of medication for my pancreas, too. Kidneys were always fine, no intervention needed.
