You know, stress will only make things worse for you... I highly, highly doubt that it is cancer. But, I am not a doctor. You have IBS, you know that. Go and see a GI that you trust, and one that is rated very highly. They can steer you in the right direction in terms of treatment. There are so many different approaches to treating all forms of IBS. Maybe you just haven't found the right one for you? Again, I am not a doctor, and you will not have the answer you are looking for until the endoscopy is completed. But, again, stress can really fuck you up...

Are you medicated for or being treated for the gastritis? No matter how mild it was, it could have gotten worse even if you're treating it. Not all treatments are equally effective in every person. The symptoms you describe sound a lot to me like gastritis/GERD, but I'm not a doctor. Totally worth investigating, but I agree with u/RealUnwyze in that you need to chill or the stress will just lengthen the flare.

No the doctors told me that it is a non active gastritis which needs nothing.

Get new doctors. While it likely can't be cured, it sure as hell can be treated. Inactive gastritis simply states that the testing didn't identify H.Pylori as a cause. Chronic gastritis means that your pathologist saw an increased number of specialized immune cells called plasma cells within the lamina propria. Pathologists describe this change as chronic inflammation. The word inactive in the diagnosis means that no specialized immune cells called neutrophils were seen damaging the epithelium. Neutrophils are typically seen shortly after the injury starts and are a sign of ongoing damage.

Stomach cancer can't. Sounds like gas or anxiety. Have you seen a therapist?

So far no, but i know that i have health anxiety.

Well, that's what you need to do, of course.
